The Den - Family friendly, Close to Fiesta Texas

Great house. Very quiet area. Enjoyed the stay!

My boys loved the pool table and location.

We stayed here for four nights with two adults and four kids. Everyone had a blast and requested we always get this house if we go back to San Antonio!The kitchen is huge and the pool table/game area was a great added bonus. It’s 5min to a grocery store, coffee, several restaurants, and major highway then about 15-20 minutes from all the attractions SA has to offer.The house is stocked with a lot of basics you might need for your stay including air mattresses, extra fans, laundry and cleaning items, and basic kitchenware. The owners are quick with responding and all the instructions for check in/out were clear and timely.Highly recommend for bigger families!

Stayed the weekend to be in close proximity to Rose Palace. The home exceeded our expectations. I almost don’t want anyone else to know how great it is to ensure that it’s available every time we come back to the area. The location of the home is unique because it’s at the very back of a neighborhood, but the hosts shared the best way to get there and you just have to follow the directions. Easy. Trust the process.

The house was absolutely perfect for all ages! From the games they provided to the pool table to the grill and all the little Details they thought of! We felt so welcomed just entering the home! The master bedroom tub was a great escape for me while the kids enjoyed their time together playing darts and pool! I can’t thank the hosts enough for Truly thinking of such minor details and making the place feel so welcoming and “homey”

We had a wonderful time staying at the Den. It was very clean, well equipped, and suited our needs perfectly. 5/7, would stay again!

Spacious house with lots of wildlife around.

Absolutely loved this house. It was cozy and welcoming. Easy check in and check out process. So much to do for enjoying quiet time at the house while visiting in the huge kitchen! Great location! Close to everything! Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We will come back!

The house was large which is what we wanted. The area is a little odd getting to the house. Follow the directions they send you. Lots of extras. Baby/toddler high chair and some kids books and toys. No washcloths. Coffee pods and sweetener and powdered cream available. Huge refrigerator and freezer. Saw deer several times in the area. Saw them out the front door across by another house. Very quiet area and dark at night. We enjoyed our stay. Repairs in a few places in bathrooms that are poorly done. Huge kitchen, master suite is huge. All bedrooms are good size.

If your travels are taking you to the north side of San Antonio or Boerne this is the place! Huge master and 4 ample size bedrooms. Commercial sized refrigerator/freezer. All cookware and utensils you need and the coffee maker was a great bonus! Nice to have Roku TVs in the living area and every bedroom!. If you don’t stream, the Roku channel has live TV options. It’s county quiet but you’re about a mile and a half from civilization. It’s about 30 minutes to the Riverwalk, The Alamo and Tower of the Americas. No complaints from this frequent traveler!
