Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall stay was excellent. Arrival was not so pleasant. We received a text at 3:50 that the unit was ready to be occupied. We arrived a little after 4 and housekeeping was still in the unit cleaning. We made no attempt to occupy the space and simply asked what was going on. The housekeeper was not polite and told us that we had to wait for her to finish and then for a supervisor to inspect. We went back downstairs and waited for another 30-45 minutes. When the supervisor arrived the housekeeper complained about the working conditions within our earshot. The supervisor was very polite but should have moved or delayed the conversation. When the housekeeper finally got in her car, she sat looking at her phone for several minutes parked under the house almost as if she was intentionally making us wait longer to occupy the property. Based on your policies I’m sure that people arrive early and try to muscle their way in. We were very polite and understanding with your employees and never made a request to occupy early. After everyone left, we then received a second text that the property was ready for occupancy.

We wish the king bed was in the room with the private bath. The kitchen needs more dishes/cooking supplies and utensils.

Very comfortable beds. I would stay there again so I don't want to sound too negative, but .. it's showing it's age. Electric stove main burner doesn't work. Oven looked too dirty to try. But refrigerator and microwave are newer. Dishwasher is rickety and clothes washer barely working. Light fixtures and fans very dusty (allergies). Typical issues with these rentals - too many beachy nicknacks covering every surface (no place to put OUR stuff) and hardly any clothes hangers in closets. It'd be perfect with a little refreshing and updating, and a little less decorating. Oh, and the WiFi works good - but no cable - This didn't bother us but you'll need some good streaming subscriptions.
