Great house, perfect for our stay

Clean house, easy entry, and fun for the kids. It was winter, so we didn't use the pool, but the kids enjoyed the arcade machines. Great communication with the host for any questions.

This place was very cute and we enjoyed playing the gaming section of the house. Communication with the host was great — they were kind, responsive, and appreciative of feedback. There were a few maintenance and cleanliness details that affected our stay, and with some extra attention this could be a really lovely spot. Overall, a good experience.

How was my experience? Perfect! 1) the location is literally 5-7 minutes away from everything ,and yes! That is during rush hour. 2) The house is nice, in a safe neighborhood, with a park and playground about a 5min walk away. 3) if you forget your phone chargers, this property has you covered in every room. 4) the rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. 5) Stay here, you want be disappointed.

The property is ideal. With its position in a quiet neighborhood, close proximity to downtown, and the cleanliness of the house, there’s not a single complaint here!

The pictures of the outside of the property was very misleading! The pool had algae completely around the pool as well as debris in the pool the automatic sweeper was not working. Tree roots uprooted several areas of the pool concrete. The pavers were uprooted in several areas around the bbq, I tripped and nearly fell. The backyard needed much more attention. The front yard was not getting water, the main irrigation lined had been busted for a while. The water drained into the gutter. A pool guy came to check the pool after I contacted the owner as did the landscapers. Different evenings both showed up after 6:00pm and left after 7:30 and 8:15. The pool was not cleaned completely, several areas of algae were not scrubbed and the sweeper quit working soon after the pool guy left. One member of my group owns a pool and said it needed more water to make everything work correctly. The house was ok inside except the smoke alarm was on top of the refrigerator with a battery next to it. That is a code violation in the city, county, and state. It was very unfortunate that we did not enjoy the pool or the backyard! That was the main reasons I chose this property, to be outside using the pool and enjoying the bbq.

Excellent! We love our stay, process was pretty smooth, hosts were accommodating with our requests. House was pretty clean, rightly spacious for the four of us. The pool was a plus, our family enjoyed it a lot. We will definitely recommend house for future guests and will definitely be back if we come back again in the area.

We stayed for a week while my daughter attended camp at UC Davis. Comfortable, clean and close to everything you need. Shopping is 5 mins away, the park is 2 mins away and the highway is 3 mins away. Pool was refreshing and the neighborhood was quiet. Great place for a family to stay.

This house was perfect for our needs. We had 2 couples and 2 small kiddos (2 and 7 mo). Plenty of toys and a great backyard. The kitchen was furniture with everything you might need and the host provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Less things to bring makes it easier on the travelers! The location is great too for families with small children. It’s very quiet and has a nearby. The host replied quickly to messages. We definitely would rent this place again!!

We had our history day finalists stay together and it was a great relaxing experience!

We really came for the pool! It's in a great location. Host replied really fast and helped us out when we locked ourselves out! 10/10 we would come back again! We used the kitchen 3 times a day. Store was near by if we forgot anything. There is even shade in the backyard so the sun isnt burning super during a swim! It felt like a good staycation for us.

The house is cozy and clean.

House is cute and comfortable with lots of room and things to do. The bedrooms were cozy and the beds comfortable. We loved the patio and pool area- grill, fireplace, and comfy furniture. Pool had some issues but they were out of owners control and he was very quick to respond. It was not quite swimming season (though we got in!) and the pool/patio area were perfect for our needs on this trip!The location was great- very centrally located. Neighborhood was average and we felt safe. Cleanliness was okay. Most of house was clean, but bathrooms needed attention. We ended up cleaning them and washing rugs. In all fairness, I did not mention this issue to the owners, just took care of because I already felt bad that they had pool issues to deal with. Overall it was a good stay for what we needed it for and owners were very friendly and responsive.

We stayed here for almost a week while visiting family for Thanksgiving. House was comfortable, quiet and clean. Location was easy to get to airport and a quick drive around town. Kitchen is well equipped for typical cooking. Would stay here again.

Great base camp for Natomas area adventures.

We had a training we had to attend in Sacramento and found this house in a great location and proximity to the training location. It accommodated the four of us and everyone loved the house. The place was clean and very welcoming. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay in a safe neighborhood in the Sacramento area.

Our family of four just returned from a wonderful stay at this cozy property in Sacramento, attending our daughter's graduation. The house is just as pictured, spotlessly clean. The three bedrooms upstairs are spacious and very comfortable. Everyone had really good sleeps. The downstairs living space is welcoming. The owners communicated promptly with any questions we had. We especially appreciated the amenities, extra towels, washer and dryer, and grill in backyard. All worked well. Even though it was in 90F+, the owners prepared the house very cool at our arrival, immediately made it feel like home. The backyard had breeze and we were able to sit and relax (after 6 pm). We will absolutely stay again in the future. Thank you for the good memories.
