I stayed in the tiny house for a week while working in Orlando and loved it! It is in a very quiet and peaceful area of town. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

First of all, the area is out of the way , making it nearly silent and so peaceful. But still equidistant from local stores and restaurants. The house is only about 20-ish minutes from the Disney Parks for those of you wondering, but it's in a much-less traveled area so traffic isn't really an issue from what I could tell. The property is small and VERY cozy. The house itself was pristine and clean. The floors were swept and mopped and the bathroom was spotless. I was surprised that it included amenities like towels, wash cloths, soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers and complimentary coffee with sugar! With everything I was provided here, I found that had actually overpacked, Haha! One aspect that I particularly loved was the rainfall shower which I can happily say was over my head. I'm a very tall man and yet I didn't need to crouch while I was in the house or shower. Despite my size and it being a tiny house, I didn't feel cramped at all. I was able to walk around with plenty of room to spare. The owners are incredibly friendly and the property rules are more than fair for those just needing a place to stay to get away for a little while. As much as I want people to know how good the cozy crash pad is, I REALLY hope that it doesn't get booked up because I will definitely be coming back.

I love that it was safe, quite, clean and comfortable for just 2 people. I personally would work on the parking situation, it was a tight squeeze at times. The shower head needs either cleaning or to be change, because water doesn't come out of all the holes and the shower curtain to be longer or to be plastic, because the water gets out. Other than that it was great.

I arrived for a one night stay for business and the home was not cleaned from its prior occupant. dirty used towels on the floor; bed unmade with dirty sheets. I was unable to get in contact from the owner and STILL to this day (2 weeks later) never received a call back, an acknowledgement or apologize for the inconvenience. Thankfully for the assistance of VRBO I was able to receive a full refund. But even that took a lot of work and follow up on my part to ensure that I received 100% of the refund. The owner wanted to only give partial when I never even stayed their. This was a horrible experience. I've never experienced with VRBO before. I would never recommend this place given that the owner is not one to communicate back.

Super cute, cozy, and quiet. The only thing I would think to change would be additional towels for guests. We would definitely book again when in the area.

Needed a nice last minute stay for the Florida Classic, and this tiny house definitely delivered! It's located in a quiet (although dark) neighborhood, about 30 minutes from the Stadium and downtown Orlando. Communication with the host for check in was great - and it was made known they were available if needed. After check in though, they seemed very busy and

We had everything we needed in this tiny home. The place seemed tidy visually. Check in was well explained and simple. The floor was a little sandy though. We noticed a smell when we first entered. We found the source to be the shower water, where it was strongest. The smell gets strong when AC isnt turned on, probably due to the heat and humidity. The shower curtain had brown spots on the bottom, most likely from the previous statement. A dehumidifier would help. Clean towels were provided per guest. TV was nice to have for entertainment. It could be moved around for a better view from the bed. We absolutely LOVED the hammock. It was so relaxing outside. No bugs pestered us. A fence gave us privacy to relax outside as well. It was great overall!

Very nice. We spent alot of time oot and about, but the time spent in the tiny house was very relaxing. 2 cons: No grill as shown in pictures. I planned on grilling. While yhere and the motion detector camera ou5side that clicked on while outside.
