The place was very clean and the host has taken extra effort to have everything you need on site.

Yes host was great. She allowed us in before posted check in time so we could settle in before going to our show.

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There are lots of pretty items around the house that could easily be broken if there were small children. That would be my reason for not giving it a higher rating on kid friendly. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need in the way of utensils. There were even spices in the cupboard.

We enjoyed an excellent stay as we visited family in the area. Check in was smooth and straightforward. Not only was the home perfect for every practical need but the environment was a delight with each rooms’ items thoughtfully curated and decorated. We have stayed in dozens of vacation rentals and this is one of the best! Would gladly stay again and highly recommend.

From check in to check out everything was perfect.Communication with the host was effortless. It is situated in a old neighborhood in Morrilton and I felt very safe to walk my dog while enjoying looking at all the very beautiful and old homes in the neighborhood. This home is completely updated and every detail was thought of. The house is beautifully decorated and VERY CLEAN. It is a NON SMOKING PROPERTY which for us was great. AAA quality from host to property.We will definitely be booking again for our next trip to the Petit Jean/Morrilton area.

We had a very small(11 people) short wedding reception. The house was beautifully decorated, and was perfect for what we needed. Michaela communicated well. I will say VRBO may need to revamp their payment system a little. I got so many duplicate emails from them, some saying they had not received payment When it had already been paid and confirmed, so not sure what was happening with that.

This home is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. It’s clear that Michaela put a lot of intention and effort into putting together a space that feels really special. My wife and I stayed here with our dog Luna and could not have been happier. Michaela is an amazing host and was so kind and responsive. The house is spacious and has all the comforts we could have possibly hoped for. It was very easy to cook meals because the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. It was a quick 25 minute drive to Petit Jean and we loved going to Big Cuppa, a coffee shop within walking distance, every day of our stay. We can’t wait to return to the cozy craftsman!
