Stayed Sep 1, 2025The Cozy Cottage is cute and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is functional, and the one and a half bathrooms are clean. The shower is a bit small, but works just fine. We had a problem because of no internet and Jodi, the owner, immediately worked on solving the issue. She is a wonderful host!

Stayed Aug 11, 2025Loved the house! We were able to check in early and go straight to the pool! Jodi had beach towels for us and a cool wagon to lug our stuff as well as chairs for the beach! I would love to stay here again!

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Stayed here with my family for three nights. It had everything we needed. Also had cleaning supplies, extra linens, laundry detergent, beach towels. We really appreciated the wagon and chairs for heading down to the beach.

Stayed Aug 15, 2024Great few days enjoying Lake Michigan and Beachwalk. Loved the community, pool and lake Kai. My daughter and I went kayaking and participated in the talent show. Great way to end the summer!

Stayed Jul 26, 2024Very impressed with the host. She was able to accommodate all our requests in a timely manner. Home was clean/spotless and perfect for our family needs. Only wish there was a golf cart for our use as a distance to the lake. We made wonderful memories ❤️
