Located in the heart of Rock Hill. We are near Winthrop University, downtown Rock Hill, The Rock Hill Sports Complex, the Giordana Velodrome, Manchester Meadows, 10 miles to Fort Mill, and 20 miles to Charlotte. Our cottage has 1 queen bed , 1 bath home with additional space for a queen air mattress. The cottage can sleep 4 or five if you want to use the couch as a bed. We offer a full sized kitchen and washer and dryer.

Stayed Nov 3, 2025The rating said exceptional but that is a stretch. It wasn't great but it was comfortable and clean. The outside property is not appealing at all we were to wash dishes but no dishwasher, which we could work with but also no dish clothes to wash them with. We went to a Dollar General and bought them. On a positive note, we had friends we were visiting that was in a wheelchair. He was able to get into the property to visit with a 0 entrance into the house. That was the best part.

Stayed Jul 9, 2025We were in town for a 4 day event at the Rock Hill Sports and Events Center. My son and I stayed at the cottage and it was everything we wanted/needed. It was extremely clean and the furniture was comfortable. Its location was perfect for the event (5 min away) and had several restaurants/grocery stores within a short drive. We stayed at a rental instead of a hotel to allow us to cook /eat in and everything we needed to do that was provided. We could not have picked a bette place to stay for what we wanted.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025Everything was exactly as described (we like that) and our dogs loved it. Close to downtown but not too close. We have a habit of rating our stays based on the quality of the shower pressure and hot water. This one will not disappoint. Thanks for a great stay.

Stayed Jun 27, 2023Great place for our stays in rock hill. We come to visit our kids and granddaughter and we are very pleased with the location. Everything was clean and furniture was newish. It is close to the hospital and grocery stores.
