Stayed Oct 5, 2025The kitchen was away from the dining and there was a railing for my wife to use to go from the kitchen and lounge and bedrooms. We also loved the door separating the lounge and kitchen from the bedrooms We loved your lemon and mandarin trees.It was Great being close to the center of Taupo. Thank you

Stayed Nov 15, 2024Came to Taupo for the Berm Buster motorcycle event over 2 days, this was an awesome place to stay, especially the location, and the fact it had a double garage to store the bikes in was a winner for sure. Highly recommend.

Stayed Oct 14, 2024Good location, nice comfortable house, bonus having a garage. The house is getting a little bit tired and there’s too much tat, so much that the cleaning is not getting done properly like kitchen shelves next to the range hood. We enjoyed our four day stay and would stay again.

Stayed Aug 16, 2024Very handy location for us, we were at a square dancing event at Taupo Intermediate School on Kotare St, so just a short commute. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of heating. We particulary appreciate having the use of the garage and remote for opening the garage door. We noticed that an earlier guest had commented about running out of hot water for the shower. We did have the same issue, but to be fair it was after two of our number had long showers. They are used to Infinity hot water heaters at home, and didn't give the hot water situation a second thought. Consiously taking shorter showers, and staggering the timing solved the issue. Many thanks for the use of this home.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024The property was v well located, close to town / lake / major roads. It was well equipped for our needs. One comment would be in the ' Clear File a list of instructions for how to operate 1) TV / Sky 2) microwave, 3 radio clock would have been v helpful. The property manager was easy to contact and quite amenable to us leaving an hour later than usual, due one of us being unwell. We will probably come back to this house sometime in the future, but when it is warmer e.g. Autumn or Spring

Stayed May 2, 2024Our conference was at the Great Lake Conference Centre so the location was perfect, just down the road, only five minutes. The property is a little dated, but true to the photos. However, it was very comfortable for a three day stay. Also, the communication with the property manager was brilliant. Easy and timely. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
