Stayed Oct 10, 2025House was cute, quaint, and had plenty of room for 4 guys on a football weekend. VERY close to ND. It was clean and convenient. Great spot for a game day weekend.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025Hot tub was amazing to relax in, although I wish the age limit was listed in the listing. House was clean except hair in the shower. Definitely pet friendly, not so much child friendly as we were traveling with an almost 2 year old and there was no door/gate to the the basement stairs. Also no utensils, cups, or silverware for toddlers. No actual dining room table, kids had to use the coffee table, and us adults had to use tv trays. There was also a camera pointed directly into the house from outside the side door.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024The property manager was very responsive. The property itself has some serious issues. It’s dated, it’s run down and it’s dirty. The “second bath” is located in the unfinished basement. It’s quite gross. The primary bath is tiny and dirty. The sofas are so used the only thing you can feel is the metal on the arms. It’s not an adequate property to rent to people. We were extremely disappointed and it’s SIGNIFICANTLY overpriced.
