The Coral Cottage- 2 blocks, 3 min from the beach!

We are 2 retired couples who stayed at this home for a month. Justin and Mara were great with quickly responding to any questions and clearly care about their guests having a good experience. The location was very convenient located in a residential neighborhood which was quiet with friendly neighbors. The wonderful park was a block away with pickleball, tennis, baseball, skateboarding, a library, art center and children's playground. We took advantage of a fun art class one evening. One block in another direction was a restaurant, beach bar, stores and an ice cream shop. The beach was a short 2 block walk made easy with the provided wagon stocked with chairs, umbrellas, blanket and cooler. The home had plenty of room inside and on the lanai. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to avoid having to drive on most days

Loved staying at the Coral Cottage! It was perfect for our group of 4. There was plenty of room, the place was clean and there were a lot of additional touches. Great internet. Perfect location with beach and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

We cannot see enough great things about the coral cottage. Spotless. When we arrived, we were able to check in early the house was bigger than we thought so close to the beach… Just absolutely loved it! I would highly recommend this rental!

We absolutely loved this property and look forward to visiting again. The home was clean, fully stocked with all the amenities and then some. Loved the location! It is within walking distance to the beach, park, restaurants, bars, cafes, groceries! The host always responded in a very timely manner and is very considerate! There was more than enough room for the 4 of us at this property. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Indian Rocks Beach!

We decided to escape to Indian Rocks Beach for Christmas- easier for my husband, and our adult daughters to meet in Florida! Location was great - close to coffee, ice cream, pizza and the beach. Enjoyed walking all around the area. Loved Rick Daddy’s fresh eats, Salt Public house. Was a great place to get away!

My husband and I treated my daughter and her three children ages 2 1/2 to 5 to a beach vacation. We were greeted with a thank you note and a bottle of wine which was a delightful surprise. The three bedrooms/two bathrooms were great for the whole family. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The house came fully equipped with everything needed during our stay. Plenty of dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, a grill with charcoal and lighting fluid, games to play, TV, Wifi, a cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and a wagon to pull everything needed for the beach. The children had no problem walking to the beach, meaning the distance was short enough for their little feet. The dining table is located outside on a screened-in porch. There were plenty of fans to keep air flowing as we gathered for our meals. A large washer and dryer are also located on the screened-in porch and laundry detergent was supplied. Justin and Mara were wonderful hosts. We loved our stay at Coral Cottage.

This property exceeded our expectations and I would definitely stay here again. The house is in a great location - very quiet neighborhood, walkable to several restaurants/bars, and very close to beach access. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay and there is an awesome screened in porch for a place to relax and have a drink. It was also very clean upon check-in which was a great first impression.

Stayed with my daughter, husband and 16 month grandson. House had everything we needed. Have been using VRBO or many years and this one was great. Location and house was spot on. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas all available for us. Can’t say enough, but will stay here again next spring. Thank you

I cannot say enough on how much we enjoyed the coral house at Indian Rocks Beach: 1. The location was perfect! It is exactly one block from a small produce store, coffee shop, ice cream and cute restaurants/ bars. 2. Two blocks away is beach access 3. You can also catch the trolley two blocks from the house and go to St. Pete or Clear Water Beach for $2.50 4. Everything you need to have a relaxing time at the beach is at the house. a. Beach towels, small cooler for drinks on the beach, beach chairs, beach toys, and a wagon to hall it all there 5. Have your groceries delivered from Walmart and you will be all set a. Don’t forget the steaks – there is a grill and charcoal 6. The home was exceptionally clean, the beds are comfortable, and the central air conditioning was a nice welcome 7. Having two full bathrooms was perfect for us 4 girls and dad 8. The screened in porch was stopping ground after the beach, early morning coffee and late-night conversation with a cool beach breeze and a beer. 9. And Justin was amazing! Answering every question, we had in a rapid fashion *Thank you again Justin and Mara we had a fantastic time in Indian Rocks beach and hope to come again in the near future
