Beds could have been better

This house was perfect for us. It is so comfortable and everything is in working order. The bedrooms were comfortable and the ceiling fans really cooled the place off in the evening. The internet was slow so I wouldn’t plan to do any remote work there but from my experience the entire network in West Yellowstone is slow in July. The location is excellent, convenient to restaurants, shops and easy access into Yellowstone. We loved our stay at the copper house.

Great location. Place was good. Stocked with all we needed. Easy check-in process. Spent an epic weekend in Yellowstone and saw 9 total grizzlies. Easy to find. Easy to spread out. Thanks.

Clean and convenient to shops and restaurants

Good location near park entrance. Nice layout for 4 people.

The house was remodeled very nicely. It was clean and close to town. They have a binder with information - where to find the keys, access to internet. Both were wrong. After a long day in the Park, I had work to complete. They claim they have internet....it is so slow that accessing the web and work sites was impossible. I did a speed test and it was below 3 speed. There is no guide for the TV - they use direct TV but no where is there a listing for the channels. The TV screen is small and low quality. The picture is not adjusted for the TV screen, so you do not know what channel you are. To close - the house is really nice. But the TV and internet needs to be fixed. The welcoming book needs to be updated. The rental is very expensive. So why disappoint your quests on these issues which are easily resolved?

Very nice property! Perfect size for four adults. The property is in walking distance to great eateries. It had all the amenities for our needs. The house is decorated so cute. It is close to Yellowstone National Park. We totally enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great house, well-built, comfortable, and very nice decor. Has good ammentities. Location and parking are very convenient to West Yellowstone’s town and Yellowstone National Park. Lots of space!

We liked the house, it was really nice. The only complaint would be the WiFi was not very strong and kept blinking off and on.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. Two couples and a teenager, we each enjoyed the time we spent there. Really nice.

Spacious, comfortable and well appointed cabin right in the heart of West Yellowstone. King bed mattress is a little bit dated, but the queen bed and loft twin bed were great. Nice place right outside the park entrance to rest after a long day of exploring.

Two bedrooms (king and queen), and a twin a top the landing and two bathrooms worked great for us (family of 5). We felt right at home here.The fans available were helpful. The kitchen had all amenities we could want.The TV is old school cable and small (no streaming services), but we were mostly in town for exploring the outdoors, so that wasn't a deal breaker.

The house was as described on listing.Stay could have been improved if mattresses and pillows were replaced/updated. Cutlery in kitchen was dull, needs to be sharpened or put a knife sharpener in the kitchen. Nice and close to town, could walk everywhere if so desired. Neighborhood felt safe.

Unit was clean, as advertised, and in good repair, Centrally located in West Yellowstone and convenient to everything. I highly recommend this place,

This house is exactly as described and so comfortable. It truly felt like being at home. It is very convenient to the west entrance at Yellowstone NP and a short ride/walk to everything in West Yellowstone. Jason was very helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. I really didn't want to leave and would definitely stay here again!

Great property and a great location. The host was really nice. Only comment wish they had shampoo and conditioner.

We enjoyed our stay at the Copper House. The property is clean and well stocked. The location is close to the west entrance. The host is responsive and helpful. The only recommendation we would make is on the stability of wifi. It’s difficult to stream video sometimes. We used our phone as hotspot and it was fine.

The property was centrally located, very clean, and we enjoyed our stay. But the Internet connection had much to be desired. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Cute little cabin. All the bedrooms are upstairs and the 3rd bedroom with the twin is not a full bedroom it’s the landing of the stairwell. We enjoyed staying here and it is fully stocked

This property is amazing. Very clean, spacious and has everything you need. Kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of towels, minutes away from dining and the west entrance. The owner is very responsive and cry nice. Highly recommend!!

It was a great place to stay after a long day in Yellowstone National Park. The family could all be together in a common space. It was very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend!!

House was clean for the most part. No spices for cooking other than salt and pepper. Bathroom soap was the small bars you get in hotels. When we stripped our beds we discovered a large, 2 foot circumference stain on our king size bed. I also forgot I believe my charging device but as of yesterday have not received a reply to my inquiry about it.
