We stayed here for a week in August. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay.

We stayed here slightly off peak season and had a wonderful time. The house was a great space for our family and the pool was a game changer! There are a lot of stairs in the house so probably not great if you have mobility issues. Also maybe this is true of most houses in Avalon but linens were not included so FYI The hosts were wonderful and super responsive both before and during our stay.
