The property was very nice. The river was a bit low due to the dry season but it was worth it. Beautiful area close to Sequoia National Park. Amazing fruit trees.

We stayed as a family of 4 mid-August. Our 10 and 12 year old loved playing in the creek in the backyard. We picked up a couple nets and they were entertained for hours catching minnows and tadpoles while we basked in the sun and scenery on the deck. We saw so much wildlife too! Turkeys, peahen, lizards, birds and we even saw a bobcat cross the river one night when we were in the hot tub! The house is clean, spacious and well stocked. The location was great as its so close to Sequoia National park and Three Rivers has lots of great places to grab a meal and/or ice cream. We drove up the road and spent an afternoon at Slick Rock Recreation Area which the kids loved and also drove to Kings Canyon one day which I would recommend.Overall a great trip and a great stay!

This property was absolutely beautiful. Waking up in the morning to sit out and enjoy the sounds of the peaceful river and then being in close enough proximity to travel to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National park and even did a day trip to Yosemite was perfect. The house is clean and perfect for the 4 of us (but could comfortably fit more). Some peacocks joined us on our final morning out on the back deck. We loved our stay in this serene home in Three Rivers.

We loved our stay at this property. The house is only about a 30 minute drive from the entrance of Sequoia. At night when we came back, we swam in the creek out back, great for cooling off in the hot summer nights. House was clean and equipped with everything needed for making meals. Appreciated the ice maker and filtered water in the refrigerator! Highly recommend!

We stayed here as a family of five. Teens loved the river and hot tub. Parents loved the quiet and views. Super clean, so much space to hang out. So close to Sequoia. I would go again!

What a spectacular location on the Kaweah River. The river flowing over the rocks was captivating and so relaxing. We visited Sequoia NP early, and happy to make it back to the house by early afternoon. House is large and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen with newer appliances. Only negative thing is patio screen door is old and hard to close, but not a biig deal. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We would love to stay again this time of year.

The kids loved swimming in the river even with the temp of 60. We loved leaving the screen door open and falling asleep to the river rushing by. We spent all our time on the patio except when we slept or explored the Sequoia National park. I'm very appreciative of the owner's sharing their piece of paradise. Our family had so much fun making memories here. Thank you!!!

Overall, a nice home in a great area. Highly recommend a stay when the stream outside has a good flow. Home had modern appliances and was well stocked. The house does need some maintenance though. One of the showers broke the first day there and we did find out if it would be fixed until the day we left (a week later). The patio sliding door and screen door to the wonderful patio were very hard to open. The railings on the patio were barely attached and a bit dangerous. These issues were unfortunate detractors to an otherwise very nice stay.

We rented this house in May and the river was flowing and the orange and lemon trees had fresh fruit. It was lovely. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were clean and comfy. The mattress I slept on was very comfortable. The toaster wasn’t working but we used the broiler.. Quiet location.

This is our second time here, we loved it on our first stay and to be honest the home wasn't in the same shape. The hot tub wasn't very clean, house had some smoke odor, and the massage chair had the cable cut off.

We stayed here for a few days while visiting Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. The home was really wonderful and perfect for our family. Everything was clean and well kept, the instructions for check-in and amenities like WiFi were clear, and the house itself is a great layout for families. The property was also really convenient to the parks. If we visit the area in the future, we will surely see if we could stay in the home again!

The outdoor setting-mainly the river-is why you'll choose to stay here, along with proximity to Sequoia NP. The home itself did have lots of space for a couple families, but the river and its ambience is most likely why you'll choose to stay here. While the furnishings were not dated, the overall aspects of the interior were; however, the interior was clean. You would not be uncomfortable on your stay here. We enjoyed the hot tub at night listening to the roaring river. Hoped to see bear...no go. Small piece of advice to the homeowner-spending just a little bit of money on a new screen door for the front and screen slider for the porch would be nice. Also, we never did hear from anyone regarding check in/check out. Just got the one email from VRBO. I texted the number to let someone know we had left (left early AM) and no one replied. Might have been nice to get a reply. Felt kind of weird spending all that money and not getting any sort of personal communication. Be prepared, even though you are only about 20 minutes to the nearest NP entrance, you are almost 2h from the main sequoia groves. Must try Reimer's ice cream and candy-we went to the location in Oakdale, CA, but found out the original location is right in Three Rivers. Our stay was short, but felt blessed to find a great location on the river and close to NP.

The back deck is where we basically lived when we were here, it is a beautiful back drop!! Lemon and orange trees are beautiful!! There was no toaster and when I called the manager said to use the air fryer??? So I went and bought a toaster and left it at the house for other renters. We also had water pressure issues and she said that happens when you run the dish washer and washing machine and try to shower...the problem was we hadn't used the dishwasher or washing machine yet...so there are definite water pressure issues with the house. We felt like someone had been in the house while we were out at the park and we also felt like someone had been in our rental car while we slept--the seat had been adjusted...We did not notify the manager about those issues because she didn't seem to care about the others. I have to say I have used VRBO for trips to Treasure Island Florida, Orlando Florida, Branson Missouri, Lake of the Ozarks Missouri, New Orleans and this is the first time I have left a less than 5 star review. The house is in need of exterior and interior repairs and updating, but the back deck is worth the rental!!!
