The Classic City Cottage-1 Mile from Downtown Athens!

We had a blast over Thanksgiving weekend. Awesome home with everything we needed and close to everywhere we wanted to go. Will definitely stay again

The house was very nice and comforting. It was also great one able to bring my dog. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone.

Great house close to downtown - not really walkable to downtown, but quick Uber ride. Nice neighbors - friendly.

Bedrooms were roomie. There was not a table for everyone to eat together. Only bar in kitchen with 3 bar stools.

The house was above and beyond my expectations. House was very clean and neat. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. Also, it was very close to downtown and UGA. I would stay here again!

We stayed at this lovely property for a conference at UGA. The house is close to the school, making our trips a breeze. It is beautifully appointed and even prettier in person. The only difficult part of the house is parking. To park in the driveway, you have to move a manual gate and do a little planning if there are two cars (single lane driveway). Street parking was available for some of our stay and that was much easier. We would absolutely stay here again- it's charming and there are restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend!

Visited Athens for Christmas since both our adult children live there. Very comfortable and nicely appointed home. A few hiccups after checkin, but quickly resolved by host. Would stay again.

Everything was wonderful except there was no wifi connection...therefore no tv. Otherwise all was great!! Would definitely stay here again.

The house is in a great location with close proximity to all things Athens. My family enjoyed spending time together. The home is decorated nicely and the rooms are surprisingly larger than I had expected. Would definitely stay again and refer to friends.

We had this house rented for the weekend for a football game. One week before our rental, Hurricane Helene left our home and businesses without power and water. I contacted the host and she was responsive and gracious enough to let us come before our rental date and take refuge here while we were without power at home. The house is spotless and very comfortably appointed. We are grateful for her kindness and will definitely stay here again.

This house was exactly what we needed to settle our daughter into her first year at UGA. Had plenty of space for our family and had a gate we could park our cars behind - that felt like an added bonus honestly! House was clean and prepared for our visit and the hosts were incredibly responsive, communicative and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

Great house that feels like home! Well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed, and beautifully decorated. Easy to get to downtown. Lots of space for the whole family. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this rental. I will return!

If I could give the cottage more than 5 stars, I would. Molly was an incredible host, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The cottage is well kept and super clean. Convenient to downtown and the university. Thank you! We'll definitely stay here again.

We were in Athens for a few days while both of my girls attended UGA gymnastics camp. The house and location both were great. Would highly recommend this to anyone traveling through Athens!! Go Dawgs

We stayed in this house for 4 nights. It’s a great house. Photos are accurate. Location is very convenient to downtown Athens. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Overall the stay was very nice. There was a small issue with the A/C which the host discovered (from remote NEST access) and the repair was done the next morning already - Thank you! The initial notification with the check-in information did not get through (I wonder if that's an issue with VRBO, because that happened the second time to us) The location is not the nicest area of Athens (that would likely be south of the city center), but it close to the center. Thanks a lot!

My daughter is preparing to relocate to Athens for graduate school and we needed to stay a few days to find an apartment and acclimate her to the city. This little spot was just perfect. The home was spacious and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked and my daughter and I enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the front porch. And you can't beat the location - close to everything and private parking. The owners were responsive and addressed a minor issue promptly. Overall, a great spot!
