Stayed Dec 19, 2025This place is a great stay! It is clean and accommodating! The hosts are excellent to work with! It is historic place with all the old school charm! We loved it. Stayed Sep 19, 2025The duplex was fine for a short stay. I had a lot of problems with the payment aspect of the booking process, but the host responded within reasonable amounts of time, and we worked it out. Parking was confusing, the floors were very squeaky (expected with an old house?), and I had to wipe a spill on the kitchen the floor upon arrival. Otherwise it was a great place to stay while we were in Spokane for a family gathering.

Stayed Aug 12, 2022This property had everything that we needed. I loved being able to cook a real dinner one of the nights of our stays and have a homecooked breakfast as well. The house was beautiful and comfortable. I loved the big windows in the living room and the clawfoot tub.
