The Citrus House Lush 1930s Spanish Estate in the Movie Colony Walk to Downtown

Great propert for a group or family. Three en suite bedrooms in the main house plus three casitas with their own baths. Great kitchen (needs a little updating) but very functional. Lots of room fur dining and games and chatting. Outside features are lovely with bikes, swimming pool, hot tub and bocci ball. Huge advantage is the location walkable to Palm Csntin and the restaurants and shopping. Very quiet setting. Two outside areas for dining in the lovely landscaped backyard.The contact and seller were very responsive. Tell them to heat the pool before you arrive.

I don’t think the listing and pictures of this property does it justice! This home was perfect for my busband’s 50th birthday week. The home was STOCKED with everything you need to host a large party from 2 coffee machines, multiple wine fridges and lots of seating both indoors and out. The individual casitas were perfect for adults who need some quiet and privacy and the 4 person bunk room was just right for the kids. The pool and hot tub were also big enough to accomodate the large party. The lawn chairs were very comfortable, not the cheap plastic ones! The location could not be beat! We walked to dinner every night along with shopping and drinks. It’s also centrally located to the airport 15 min, Aerial Tramway 20 min and Joshua tree 45 min. Thank you for making this weekend one to remember!

The Citrus House was perfect for our family trip for a surprise birthday destination. Malia was great with recommendations and the check in process and check out was easy. The kitchen had all the pots/pans/dishware. Pool and hot tub were great. It was so hot while we were there we spent a lot of time in the pool. The citrus trees had huge grapefruits to pick and were delicious. Great outdoor space for kiddos to run around and play and explore. Walkable distance to the main area with restaurants etc. Rooms were spacious and accommodated our large party of people.

The location is superb, within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Palm Springs.

The host and the housekeeper were very welcoming and the communications were easy. We got in much later than expected and the housekeeper waited for us to arrive. The house is lovely and comfortable. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We did a lot of cooking and tthe kitchen has every piece of equipment you could possibly need. Great location. Beautiful yard and house.

We had the best time staying at The Citrus House . The weather was perfect. The house and grounds were immaculate, and being able to pluck a fresh grapefruit from the tree , and enjoy the juice running down my chin was decadent . All of the beds were super soft, cozy, the kitchen was outfitted with everything needed, the pool and hot tub were so welcome . We danced on the rooftop patio to Abba

This was an all around amazing stay! The host was incredible, the home is always a total delight (my fifth stay at this home), and the location continues to be stellar! Looking forward to my next stay at the Citrus House!!

The Citrus House was the perfect house for my Mom's 90 Birthday celebration. The house is stunning and the grounds are beyond stunning. It's in a great location, so there is a little road noise, but you can barely notice while enjoying the oasis of the front yard and pool. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and bocce ball court. The beds are very comfortable and the house has everything you could think of. The property manager, Silvia, was amazing, I'd give her 6 stars. if possible. She was very helpful, responsive and did everything to make our stay the best possible. Would definitely stay here again.

My crowd of family and friends loved the Citrus house. The grounds were beautiful and the house wam and comfortable. And it s location could not have been better.It was perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering We would highly recommend it to all.Thank you to the owners and the manager for a wonderful time.

This is a beautiful and charming property in the old and historic part of PS. The environs are like a secluded spa with beautiful flowers, trees, pool, sitting and lounging areas outside. The bedrooms are spacious. Kitchen and dining areas inside and out are perfect. The only downside is the house is on a very busy corner. Traffic noise is loud. It didn’t spoil it for us.
