Stayed May 22, 2026We had 3 families come together at this great house this weekend for a cousins get together. There was more than enough room for the 18 people who were here. Lots of things for everyone to do from 4 to 50 years old. Would recommend for any family getting together for a fun, extended period of time. The host was very responsive to my emails and texts.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Grandparents, four kids with three spouses and 8 grandchildren 11years to 6 months. We spent great time together swimming, fishing, hiking, and touring Roaring River hatchery and Nature Center. Plenty of space and well equipped. We didn’t use the yard toys as much as I thought we would, but great variety to keep all entertained.

Stayed Dec 25, 2024We had a family Christmas trip with mostly activities that required staying in. The house was great because unlike others it did not feel like we were right on top of each other, there were 18 of us.

Stayed Oct 19, 2024I would recommend this property to large groups and families with kids 5 and up. There are really only two issues with this property. The railing at the top of the stairs is not secure i.e. the vertical support rods are loose and or falling out hence why you should think twice before bringing toddlers. Also the lights can be a bit of a guessing game.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024This is a great house for a large group. Only 15 minutes from Roaring River. Lake access was very easy and close. We had a great time.
