Stayed Nov 24, 2025The host was great, the neighborhood was quiet and people extremely friendly. Our first time to St. Simon and it was very peaceful and nice walking on the beaches.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025We enjoyed our stay. The place felt like home rather than just a vacation rental. Modern bathrooms, kitchen.The fruit trees. Great host. We were close to everything, beach, shops but tucked away where we could relax. We couldn't ask for anything more.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025Loved the open floorplan and spacious kitchen. Beds in both bedrooms are very comfortable. Living room is comfortable. Perfect central location in residential neighborhood which was great for walking our dogs. We enjoyed the back garden and so did the dogs. Great communication with owner. We stayed 2 months in the winter and look forward to coming back next year.

Stayed Mar 24, 2023Listing says 3BR but house was only 2BR. Beds were nice and comfortable. Tub in master bath did not hold water. The stopper did not stay down. Refrigerator kept food cool, but not cold. Good communication with owner and easy check in. Pet fee was higher than I have paid most other places and was not accurate on listing.
