The Champa Pool Home

Nice minimalist house. If you’re a “ creature of comfort” bring those extras! The airport is 5 miles away, luckily I brought my headphones. There is a rooster across the street and another one further down the street. Also, a woodpecker, owl, and LOUD Mustang next door! The grill is charcoal the street is busy. Pool was great!!

My family and I were super excited for our trip and to find this property at such a great price! However, we realized upon arrival that the place had not been cleaned very well. The bed sheets were dirty and the floors turned our bare feet black almost immediately. We cleaned the house the first day we were there to feel more comfortable. Additionally, the kitchen was not stocked with anything other than a few plates, cups, and a few utensils. The few dishes and appliances (coffee maker) that were there were not cleaned. They were all put away in drawers or cabinets with food residue. We stayed for a week and had to buy cheap kitchen utensils and baking sheets from the Walmart around the corner to make food. The location was nice as it was close to restaurants, stores, and not terribly far from beaches. But I would not stay here again. The host was responsive, but not consistently or promptly. We felt that we got what we paid for with this property.

The property was great. Very Clean only thing I wish the shower water was a little hotter but everything else was perfect. I will definitely keep this property in my favorites

Very close to the airport and within driving distance of tourist attractions and Clearwater Beach. One suggestion is to stop by the house taking inventory of the kitchen before getting groceries. They keep the kitchen pretty bare. Overall a great experience and would stay again in the future.

4 old beach towels no linen for showers or wash clothes. Dirty dishes and silverware in drawers and cabinets. Junk in backyard. Large bbq trailer in driveway. No lights work in pool area. Mold on ceiling fans outside. Linei screen torn for pool

Nice house. Comfortable for my needs.

The descriptions is accurate. This house was perfect for my family. Plenty of room and sleeping. The pool was nice just wish there were lights outside since it gets dark so early. I would definitely recommend this place. The host had great communication. Only complaint was that his cleaning lady showed up an hour before check out and just walked in the house without knocking. Then she sat outside and waited for us to leave so i felt rushed.
