We had a fantastic experience at the Cha Cha Cha house. Barbara was a great host, promptly responding to our questions on multiple occasions in the weeks before we arrived. Her kitchen far exceeded expectations with all of the appliances, tools and spices we needed for Thanksgiving prep. Everything was as described in the listing. The house is brightly decorated and very comfortable for a group to hang out in. The backyard is gorgeous with a hot tub and a pool. We would absolutely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and just as described. There was a fun new thing we discovered every day we were there! What made this stay even more incredible was Barbara—she was the sweetest host. You can tell she and her husband have put in so much thought into setting up this home so that guests can have a comfortable stay. She also surprised us with cute birthday decorations and treats since she knew I was visiting Austin for a bday trip with my friends :) A true testament of any stay is how the host treats you if your plans were to change—in our case, bad weather had the potential of cancelling our flight out of ATX and Barbara was so kind and accommodating about it. Overall, this stay exceeded all of our expectations. Thanks, Barbara! :)

Great place to stay with friends. So many fun and unique features. Lovely spot!

You get all the fun colors you see in the pictures and more! There is more space within the house and yard than the pictures lead on allowing your group plenty of space to spread out.

Two of my sisters and I -- all September birthdays -- one of my brothers and his two sons had a reunion to celebrate and hang-out for a long weekend at the perfect home. Couldn't have asked for more charm inside and a beautifully landscaped backyard for morning coffee, grilling and soaking in the hot tub at night. The house is stocked with everything anyone could need to cook, play in the pool and soak up the sun, and it's a lovely oasis in the busy metropolis that Austin has become. The hostess, Barbara, was on top of a few inquiries I had and was willing to go above and beyond, if needed. We left with great memories, great pictures and the desire to return in the future!

My family really enjoyed our vacation at Cha Cha Cha. The house had everything we needed and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Perfect location close to downtown and Lake Travis. My only complaint is that the house could use some color.

Stayed here with some friends for my bachelorette trip. The house is beautiful and so fun! We loved the colors and decorations in the house, the great outside space and pool, and the amount of space in the house in general. The host was very kind and responded to all messages very quickly. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable too. I would definitely stay here again if in the area!

The property is exactly as described and was the perfect size for two adults and four teenagers. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The neighborhood is perfect for walking/running and it is conveniently located to downtown Austin/UT. The host was extremely responsive, helpful and kind. There are instructions/directions for everything you can think of and more. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our family really enjoyed the Cha Cha Cha house. It has a great layout for multiple families. Note that the pool, art and decor is fun but can be a little bit challenging for inquisitive toddlers. The kitchen is really well stocked and beds are comfy. Great location!
