The Cape - Updated home on the east side of the bypass

The house is great I willSay the internet and cable do not work that well and the bed cushions should be updated. But the place was clean in a great area and the large kitchen is a huge plus

We were very impressed with the kitchen equipment, they had everything you would need. We had to clean the grill before we used it but it was great to have a grill even if it was charcoal! The place was better than the pictures in my opinion, brighter and airier. Very clean, need to provide your own towels and we forgot a bath mat which would have been useful. There was a cloth shower curtain in one bathroom which was the only thing that looked a little dirty. Overall a great stay and we would definitely recommend to friends.

We loved the location since we were there for my daughter’s wedding and we needed to run errands. We had a hiccup at check in beyond the host’s control and she listened and made it right! The kitchen was well laid out and perfect for our niece to finish decorating the cookies. The crow’s nest was nice as were the sliding glass doors from the bedrooms to the covered deck. It was a whirlwind weekend but we were happy with our accommodations!

The vacation home was clean, clutter-free, nice adequately stocked kitchen, in a good location near shops, restaurants and beach. No communication issues with the host.

This place was easy to find, which was helpful as we had a long drive. It was clean and quiet. The beach is so close and easy to walk to. Even the almost 2-year-old did the walk without a stroller. I enjoyed the central location. We used all the floors including the patios. It's nicely done. My only problem was that we ran out of toilet paper and couldn't locate any more. We ended up sharing one roll between 2 bathrooms. But to be fair, I looked for more, but I didn't call our host and ask her where it was kept. I would stay at this home again.

The house was perfect for us! House was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen has everything you need. Beds and furnishings were comfy

Absolutely perfect location, with easy access to everything. The host, the check-in process, and the house itself were all amazing.Our only gripe was the cleaning crew forgot the master bathroom before we checked in, with towels and leftover supplies from the previous guests. The rest of the house was spotless. Accidents happen, and this one was easily overlooked.Five stars, we'll definitely be back!

This met all of our needs – two couples – it was fantastic. There’s a little morning noise from trucks at the restaurant across the street, but no big deal.

The Cape was one of the best VRBO vacations we have had. The house is spotless and well appointed. Its location is ideal, only a short walk to the beach or a short drive to the grocery store. We hope to return next summer!

Great property

Great stay . Easy walk to the beach . Close walk to local food store . A small fault with toilet flush was very quickly fixed the next day. The house was very well equipped . The layout worked well for our three generations. Would definitely use again .

The home was beautiful and clean, and fit our family of 6 perfectly. The kids had their own bunk room with their own bathroom attached to their room. The parents and baby were on the other side of the house with our own bathroom in the hallway. There was also a den downstairs that provided a separate space. The sunrise was beautiful on the top deck!

Rented this place for a guys fishing trip. Location was super convenient, house was incredibly clean and the kitchen was well stocked for whatever you need to cook a meal. Short walk to the beach or pier. The deck also allowed you to see a nice sunrise over the dunes. The host was also very nice and responded quickly to any questions. 10/10 will definitely be staying here again this year when I bring my family for our yearly OBX visit
