Stayed Apr 9, 2026The house is very convenient to the beach and the general store. They had everything we needed. The porch and sundeck were favorite spots. The outdoor shower helped out so much too. It was a great stay.

Stayed Jun 11, 2022We had a fabulous stay at the Home By The Sea! The proximity to the beach was fantastic, especially with little ones. Al is excellent with communication and answers texts and calls promptly. He also calls far in advance as well as close to arrival go ensure you know and have everything you need. The house is very charming and clean and has all that you need for the best vacation ever! We will be back!

Stayed Apr 3, 2022The house is truly just steps to the beach. We found everything to be extremely clean and comfortable during our stay. Our family enjoyed going to the beach and sitting on the porch enjoying the view of the ocean and the sound of the waves. The owners make sure you have everything you need and know what there is to do in the area.

Stayed Mar 18, 2022We had a blast at this vacation home at Cape San Blas! Our only downside was that we didn't know it was a duplex until we arrived. However, it wasn't an issue as no one else was on the other side. Al and Susan were awesome hosts and provided an abundance of information and even had beach gear ready for use when we arrived. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Stayed Apr 22, 2021My husband and I had a wonderful time on Cape San Blas! The property was in a perfect location: just a few steps to water’s edge and near two convenience stores! We loved the screened porch in the evenings. Quiet neighborhood! It fit our needs perfectly!! We’ll definitely be back!!
