The Cabin- BRAND NEW listing with HOT TUB

The house was very well stocked with necessities. Great location, clean, and the hot tub was amazing. My only complaint was that the sound in this house really carries, especially in bed at night. Made it difficult to sleep well. Otherwise we had a great experience!

Great stay!

The property was perfect for our family ski trip to Holiday Valley. We enjoyed our time here, the only feedback we would have is to include a locker or space to store ski gear. Otherwise the home has everything you need!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! It was well-kept and stocked with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable visit. Its location was convenient—just a short distance from the slopes and close to town, making it easy to access everything we needed without hassle.One of the highlights was the hot tub, which was well maintained and a great way to relax after a day of skiing. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, stress-free ski getaway!

We just got back from a 3 night stay. There were 11 of us and the sleeping accommodations were good. The outside of the property does not do it justice. The inside has been completely redone and has a modern cabin feel. Decor is well done! There are some things that probably need to be addressed. The shower on the main floor is awful. There is a cheap shower pan that does not fit flush to the ground and squeaks so loudly everytime you move. Feels like you are going to fall through. The washer and dryer could use replacing and the overall supplies were thin. Just a half roll of paper towels and 4 garbage bags (one small trash can outside that we filled in one day) There were small sample sized toiletries that were gone with the first 2 showers in one day. We usually bring our own so it wasn’t a big deal but many don’t. The hot tub and pool table were a hit. Loved the fireplace in the family room. Dishes and kitchen utensils were well stocked. As were towels and linens. Molly the manager was great. Very responsive and nice to work with. Ample parking and really close to town. Overall a nice property with just a few small issues that can easily be fixed.

We had an amazing time. It was a raining weekend but with the pool table, arcade, darts board, and table games we had a great time together. Thank you!!

This House was Amazing in every way!!! I can not say enough great things about it, Our Host was great at communicating with me, and expectation of us were clear by folder left on table. We are looking forward to doing a return visit.

My extended family had a really nice time here—it's hard to find places that accommodate a range of people from my parents to my kids and their aunts and uncles. This place fit us all very comfortably, and the amazing hot tub, pool table and arcade games were a huge hit. It's also a really nice spot in the hills above Ellicottsville, which is a very pleasant little town. We had a problem with some rickety furniture (one of the kitchen chairs collapsed under my six-year-old) but Amanda was very responsive and I think plans to replace those chairs. Overall a really lovely place!

We had a great time in our short little stay here. This is a wonderful little cottage situated shortly from Ellicottville. Great spot for a couple families to hang out.
