Stayed Sep 30, 2022Loved this stay! Nice and quiet...a little hard to find..do not wait until dark to try and find it!! lol Property and bunkhouse were super clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and communication was great! 4 out of 5 stars....the only grunch we had was totally personal preference but lord our mattress was SO hard lol...but seriously...great stay!!! Thank you SO much!!

Stayed Nov 22, 2024We came in town for a K-State football game. It had been years since we had been in town. We loved this little house. It was a short drive to down town Manhattan or the stadium, but far enough away it was quiet and peaceful. The owners were next door if you needed anything. Our 7 year old called it the Cowboy Hotel and loved the decor. We will definitely check this house out again when we come back to town!!!

Stayed Sep 22, 20234 middle age guys road trip back to MHK for a football game. This place did the job nicely for a couple nights in town. Kinda wish it had sports channels like espn but not that big of a deal.
