The Broulee Beach House - Across the road from the beach

Great quietj location and house. Would suggest a few pedestal fans for bedrooms on really hot days. Otherwise everything was perfect for a beach holiday. Our grandson enjoyed putting out seed for the birds. Great yard for our dogs and directly opposite the broulee dog beach. Thanks Michelle.

New kitchen was the highlight. Made the space so much more open for conversation with the house.

The host responded quickly to any questions I asked before arriving. I and the other cook certainly appreciated the well equipped kitchen. The location was excellent. We had 2 dogs with us and the 24/7 off leash dog beach begins across the road. The location is also very handy to the Brewhouse, cafes and minimart.

Responsive host, wonderful property, so good to have a house that accepts family pet!

Fabulous place. It was perfect for us and our adult children, their spouses and kids. Great location near the beach. It was comfortable with plenty of room for us all. Well equipped kitchen but it was missing a microwave. Would absolutely come back again

Amazing house in an amazing location. This was our second time staying at the Broulee Beach House with our grown family of 8 (plus the doggos) and we will definitely be back!

A great house in an amazing location. Easy walk to 3 very different beaches that suited everyone's needs. Excellent communication with the hosts, theyy very quickly replaced the faulty TV with minimal disturbance to us.

Great location, well stocked kitchen, very comfy beds, clean and lovely decks front and back.

I highly recommend this beautiful home by the sea. Our family of 10 (all over 18) stayed for a wedding, the house is equipped with absolutely everything you need to just walk in, relax, and enjoy the beautiful far South Coast. Quick and clear communication with the lovely Michelle, easy check in and check out, close to all you need in Broulee, 10/10.

A couple of details missing - shampooo, paper towel. Odd that there’s no microwave.

Nice home, good location. Easy access to Broulee Beach and within walking distance of cafes and places to eat. Came with all linens and towels. Probably worth adding a space heater for each bedroom in winter. The home has a second floor gas heater and two portable electric heaters for four bedrooms.

Great spot for families. Remember to bring a gate for the stairs if you have toddlers!

This is the third time we have stayed and it does not disappoint. So close to everything. Plenty of space to spread out. Dog friendly. The new kitchen is wonderful.

Good location, nice stay experience

Big and spacious holiday home with an excellent location. Walk across the road for the beach with some shops just a stroll the road. Love our time here with family.

Great location. Perfect beach house - outdoor shower, dryer for beach towels on rainy days, plenty of bedrooms, covered decks for meals, backyard cricket.

A terrific place to stay with kids and dogs. A wonderful big backyard and a great family beach house. Broulee is a stunning place to visit and the beach was so dog friendly.
