This is an absolutely stunning house with stunning views! It was such a gift to be able to pretend it was ours for the weekend. Just one tip: It's only five traditional bedrooms. One bedroom has a full bathroom but only fold out sofas. Another bedroom is a game room with a day bed, a bathroom with no shower and no door / privacy curtain. But if that works for your group, it is well worth it!

Had a great stay at this beautiful house. The entire grounds are really nice and we had plenty of room for our whole group. The dishwasher was broken (soap dispenser didn’t work) but otherwise everything was in great condition. Comfortable beds, good climate control, etc.

My only complaint was that the master bedroom for all of its beauty and grandeur, was not comfortable. Bed itself had extremely soft huge mattress, on top of a wooden pedestal much wider than the mattress, very inconvenient for getting into or out of bed.

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at this property. The place was very clean, and nicely set up! Would definitely love to stay there again! One thing I would recommend to anyone coming here in the winter is to have a 4x4 vehicle.

The Brookman is a delightful place for a long weekend family gathering. It's a great house for a large group, especially one who enjoys cooking together. The kitchen opens up into the fabulous dining room, so a large group can easily be together. The bedrooms are comfortable and afford everyone plenty of privacy. The host is very responsive. My niece had to take an online exam the morning we were leaving, and so the host generously extended the departure time for her even though the house was rented out for later in the day and the housekeeping team was working to get things ready for the next guests. By-the-by, the house was spotless. And the views are gorgeous. We highly recommend the Brookman.

Three generations of our family met here for a Thanksgiving weekend. The facility is great. Spacious, nicely furnished and well equipped. The adults enjoyed the separate seating areas and the large dining room table that had room for all of us. Teenagers had video games, pool and foosball. The pre-schoolers had room to play and a daily visit to the huge walk-inj shower. All of us explored the fields and woods. The surprise snow locked us on the property for a while and we built a snowman.

Experience was great. Just room description on site was a bit deceiving. It really isn’t a true 8 bedroom. Overall everything was great. Thank you for a lovely experience. I would definitely recommend this property.

We loved the Brookman! The listing and photos were accurate and in some cases did not even do it justice! We hosted an intimate wedding at the property and it was amazing! I would highly recommend visiting and we look forward to making this an annual visit with family and friends to celebrate our anniversary and the fall season!
