The Broadway SLEEPS 10 Near Pleasant Grove

Kitchen pans were very nice. Teaspoons we only had one. Nice grill but no utensils. Toaster 2 slots worked out of 4.. We had packed plastic spoons and forks and managed with the rest. We had a wonderful time and no real problems. If we have opportunity we will stay here again. Thank you!!!

We went for bike riding and it was close to the trails we were wanting to ride.. house was great and was close to dining and shopping

Everything was wonderful, the owner was accommodating and very timely in responding to any correspondence. My adult sons and my grandchildren were so grateful to be able to stay under the same roof especially since I start cancer treatment in a couple of days. Just awesome time. Thank you

Great place to stay . Friendly neighborhood, very clean and plenty of space . We had a family reunion and everyone loved the house. I would definitely stay there again !

We had 8 girls and there was plenty of room for people to stay and not feel packed in. The living room and kitchen were perfect and had everything we needed. The place was clean and so nice! Would stay here again!

Beautiful, impeccably clean property in a nice neighborhood. Four big bedrooms with the most amazingly comfortable beds! Loved this house, and would definitely book again for our next stay in Rogers.

House was great. Very clean and plenty of space for a larger group. About 20 minutes down the road from the university so away from all the traffic. Very easy to find. Would definitely stay again next year

We had a check-in delay due to extra cleaning needed (due to previous tenant, out of control of owner), but this required us to kill time when we were promised a particular check-in time. Cleaners forgot to clean the microwave, which was heavily used by previous tenant, so we had to clean before our own use. Layout of home and rooms was great for our use, with comfortable beds, and nice, ample linens provided for all bathrooms. No sound bar for LR TV, so volume was a little low. The kitchen items were a bit lacking, sufficient eating utensils but not much in the way of serving pieces, storage containers.

We’re a family of 4 and we loved our stay at this home! My Arkansas family lives a couple of streets away so this was a perfect nearby spot for us. The home felt luxurious yet homey! It was very easy to navigate to all of the attractions, trails, restaurants, museums, grocery stores, etc. in Rogers and Bentonville. The host was polite, helpful, & made everything worthwhile, easy, and stress-free. We were able to focus on our vacation while feeling at-home, rather than worrying about our accommodations in any way. We would definitely recommend to others & stay here again ourselves!

Our family has stayed in VRBOs and other types of rentals for many years. This is our second stay at this particular house and we think it’s wonderful! The place is spotless, house ac temp was 71 F when we arrived so it felt really refreshing after hot car trip, towels and bedding are bright white and luxurious, kitchen is awesome, furniture and beds are VERY comfortable, owner very responsive to texts/questions, location of house is very close to restaurants/stores/interstate, and the neighborhood is quiet. The owner left out some coffee and trail mix in these cute little bags. It has the owner’s company name on the bags. It’s a nice little touch. The owner has other rental units in this area and if this house is booked next time, we will for sure book one of their other properties in the area.

Very clean with all the amenities you could need in a stay. Great location.
