Stayed Sep 1, 2023Absolutely amazing. A true waterfront property with everything that you need. Chairs, firewood, life jackets, corn hole, kayaks, and towels are all on site.

Stayed Jul 30, 2025House, beach and lake were perfect. The hosts clearly thought about what a family would need to really enjoy a weekend at the lake, and made it all available (paddle boards, kayaks, floating mat, fishing poles, smores, coffee pods, fire pit with wood and starters, on and on). Had an awesome time.

Stayed Jun 25, 2025This place was very nice and clean. The view of the lake was absolutley amazing from the covered patio. Hosts were very nice and responded fast when we had questions or needed anything. Highly recommend this for your next get away!

Stayed Jun 11, 2025We had a wonderful time. House wasPerfect for a brief stay. Live the lake access and the house was cozy and very clean. Very comfortable master bed. Not far from Rogers. We will definitely stay her again. Our host communicated very well with and were available for questions or concerns. We give it 5 stars.

Stayed Oct 23, 2024We had such a relaxing and peaceful stay. Can’t say enough good things about the property. Super clean, comfortable beds, nice appliances, and kitchen is well supplied. We immensely enjoyed the large deck with plenty of deck furniture and unobstructed view of the lake. Everything you need is available inside and outside. The hosts were fantastic and take great care of their guests. We hope to return again and again.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024This place was exactly as described, right on the lake, they had everything we needed to fish paddle board and kayak . The The home was very clean. The beds were comfortable and all the cooking supplies you needed besides the food. I would definitely recommend this place very relaxing, quiet, peaceful, peaceful, and not too far from town, but I’ll away from town..

Stayed Aug 1, 2024The property/house were very accommodating, very clean. Plenty of amenities to entertain everyone. Great atmosphere right on the water, and 20 min from town. I can’t say enough kind things about the host John and Kristy. They were very welcoming… They would ask if we needing anything from town when they would go. They have a pontoon boat available to rent if you desire to get out on the water….. which I highly recommend the lake is amazing! They have contacts for fishing guides available if needed. This is a great place to visit, and we will definitely be returning

Stayed Jul 28, 2024John and Kristy are amazing folks and their place is beautiful....just perfect. Everything you need to enjoy the lake. The house is spot on with a fabulous deck, kayaks and paddle board for the lake. And we caught fish a few steps from our front door one afternoon. The boat was a great way to enjoy the lake as well...Beaver Lake is a beauty. I would recommend this spot to anyone wanting to visit a lake in Arkansas for a few days.

Stayed May 23, 2024We had an amazing long weekend here and will be back! Owners are very accommodating and I highly recommend renting the boat for a day to see the lake. Beds were comfortable and all appliances needed to cook. The view is so serene and relaxing. Loved this place!
