The property was perfect. Will definitely rent again. There was a communications breakdown at check in but I feel it was on vrbo side not host

They were very accommodating. They let us check in early because we had a wedding to attend. Very clean, quiet, nice little house.

The home had everything we could need.

Broadway House was perfect for our needs. We were gone during the days to visit family and friends, but the house was great to come back to for rest. The home has everything you would need!

We absolutely loved our stay! The beds were very comfortable. When we walked in for the first time I wondered out loud if we would see deer in the gorgeous, wooded lawn. My son pointed out the glass doors and said yes we will! There stood a young male deer with velvet on his antler buds! The bathroom and the shower were so lovely and the towels were incredibly plush and thick. The hosts went absolutely above and beyond for us making this one of our best stays in a long time! Highly recommend!

We liked the beautiful house and the serene setting. The location is perfect for a walk to the Granville shops and restaurants. I also appreciated the good lighting in the bathroom and vanity areas.

Lovely place walking distance to Denison and town. Great location in very quiet setting we even had deer wander through the yard.

We often stay at the Broadway House when visiting Granville, especially around the holidays. Close enough to walk to downtown restaurants. Very private and well- appointed. The apartment is in a building behind the owners house. Has its own driveway with privacy fence and bushes to make it feel private backs onto a large green area. Coffee and tea and sugar and creamer are provided. Full kitchen that we have used to bake our holiday treats. We enjoy doing puzzles on the good sized table.

The house was really cute and location was very convenient to the Hallmark-esque village of Granville. Had weather been a bit nicer, would be walkable! The beds were super comfortable, kitchen extremely well appointed, nice furnishings, and very clean. We aprreciated the local menus on the bulletin board - led us to the Pub on Broadway where we had an excellent dinner!

This is what I expect from a VRBO listing. It was well documented and we enjoyed our stay while visiting the cute town of Granville, Ohio.

The house was the perfect size, it was inviting. The house was tidy, welcoming and felt like we were actually home.

The Broadway Guest House is a very quiet, pleasant, well appointed “dog friendly” cottage. We were in town to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary at the Granville Inn where we were married back in 2004

Property is as shown on the site, clean, well stocked, and organized. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful yard and view! We stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the property and appreciated the location in relation to Denison University.

Had a great stay over the 4th of July weekend. Plenty of space-the screened in porch was nice even in the hot weather. The backyard was peaceful, beds/bedding super comfy and quick response from the host if needed. Just a 15 minute walk into downtown and 3 minutes to Wildwood Park.

It was quiet, comfortable, and close to Denison.
