This delightful beachy -feel, FAMILY and PET FRIENDLY house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac extremely close to shops, Casino, Convention Centre, beach and within walking distance is a fish and chip shop, BWS, newsagents, dog park around a lake and superb Coffee Shop G and G...Its quite simple Location , Location, Location!!!

The property has been a real favourite with guests for its very reasonable rates and has been reviewed deservingly by clients who regularly return from year to year! The buzzing and vibrant Broadbeach is simply a 10 minute stroll or 2 minutes in a car/bus.

Entering through security electric gates(ENOUGH SPACE FOR 3 CARS/BOAT within driveway), this open plan property is tiled in the living areas and carpeted in the bedrooms.
The master is ensuited and sliding glass doors open onto pool area and canal from both the living area and main bedroom. Being East facing the entertaining area and swimming pool is sunny from early morning to mid-afternoon(this is a full-size pool, photo may be deceiving), kayaking on request and fishing from the patio completes the scene!
For anyone who has a boat the driveway is big enough to accommodate and is thus totally secure. Public boat ramp is 1 min away next to the Convention Centre on T E Peters Drive.

Second bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has another queen bed .. .....Pet friendly and guests have remarked that this is just the perfect dog-friendly house , fully fenced with a large front area and undercover back yard for the dog, who is also allowed indoors if required

This great value house has one other vital ingredient to ensure a fine holiday... ..AIR CON in the living area and main bedroom to ensure total comfort for those hot Summer nights and ceiling fans in all other bedrooms. If it's Winter the air cons will warm the house if required.

    We enjoyed our stay, good location, enjoyed the pool and air conditioning on those hot days, even managed to catch a travally. A few minor things, not a sharp knife or many champagne glasses.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    The Host was super welcoming & informative, giving lots of tips about the local area and places to try. The house and amenities were great and the atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful - exactly what we were looking for, we had everything we needed and the fact that I could take along my fur baby was a large cherry ontop of a fantastic trip. We would 100% rebook!Thank you

    Had a great 12 night stay with husband and son, plus our little dogs. No complaints at all.. The location is perfect for us as we love going up to Cavil Ave. The tram is nearby aswell. Also a perfect view for the NYE fireworks. Will be staying again for sure

    Great spot for kids. Host was amazing and communicated really well. Enough parking room for a 4x4 and a 5.5m boat on a trailer inside the yard was a big plus for us

    Presentation of the property outside was dismal.. But you've paid in full, sight unseen and what can you do? Now we understand why there wasn’t a photo of the front of the house Once inside things only got worse and as the Owner was oblivious to anything being not up to scratch…constantly telling us how wonderful the property was, we left our complaints unsaid. So we won't be returning and suggest the owner get professional cleaners in urgently... I originally wrote a detailed answer, but believe it may leave me open to abuse, so have deleted the rest of answer I have read the other comments and believe the house may have missed being cleaned before we arrived as most other comments are positive

    This property is perfectly located in a quiet area. Nigel the host was very communicative and walked me through the house and how to use everything. It is nothing fancy but at the same time just perfect. Its a no fuss, great location, pet friendly home.

    Had a wonderful stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or vicinity of this property. Nigel met us at the front door and showed us through. He was also on call if we needed anything. We had the use of kayaks and fishing rods to go for a paddle in the canal. We were within walking distance of the centre of Broadbeach. Lovely cafe called The Alchemist only a short distance away. Thanks again Nigel. We hope to be back.
