The Brinley's, Cottage with Character

Small cosey home not too far from Blackheath shops. Has a nice fireplace for winter and air conditioning for summer. A lot of the windows has been painted shut, so would have been good if I could open more windows for the mountain air. Property has wifi and smart TV with access to netflix which was great. Some books and boardgames supplied as well. Kitchen was equipped with the basics for a comfortable stay. The property grounds is really big, but the house is small, so kitchen and livingroom is a bit tight if there's 4 people. Great little get away option and will stay again.

A charming cottage, maintaining its old character but with all the necessary fittings and appliances necessary for a perfect family holiday. Lovely garden surrounding the cottage with leafy trees to provide summer shade. It was clean and comfortable inside without losing character.

The cottage was okay - decor was old and tired. Bathroom had been renovated and was good but everything else needs updating. Place needs painting.

Great location. Log fire, plus air conditioning and electric blankets all available.

The property was great for our short stay and convenient for bushwalking and near the shops etc.

An older style cottage which was very well equipped with all that was needed. In a quiet street walking distance to the centre.The only negative was its a cold house but did have beautiful heating in the lounge and bathroom.

We had a fabulous weekend stay at the cottage. Located in a peaceful street and a short stroll to Blackheath shops. The house is well appointed with a fabulous rain water head shower, very comfortable lounge ,electric blankets and of course the fireplace made our stay extra special

This is a cute cottage. Nothing too fancy but plenty cosy and comfortable. Good value for the price and provides a great launch pad into Blue Mountain adventures.

Lovely little cottage in a quiet suburban street. We were visiting Blackheath to attend a running event and the cottage was perfectly situated for us. Beds were comfortable and warm. The kitchen is tiny but perfectly adequate for our group of 4. All in all a great property and excellent value. Communication with the host was quick and easy.

We had a wonderfull stay at this small ,comfy cottage just a short walk to Blackheath station and shops . Very comfy bed and pillows and updated bathroom.
