It's a great spot to enjoy group dinners in the warmer months with the door rolled up, and it's been the scene of years of board game tournaments and long nights of poker playing.With a Hawaiian tiki vibe, torch lighting and personalized lighting throughout you can set the mood for any type of gathering.The living room features a flat-screen TV with roku, and a DVD player that lets you access Internet TV like Netflix, HULU and Pandora. The rental includes FREE WiFi throughout the home and there's a desk in one of the bedrooms for those times when you have to work.There's central AC, a selection of puzzles and games, beach chairs and toys and, in season, the house comes with 12 beach badges.Located in the highly desirable A-Zone of Brigantine, our house is less than 3 blocks to CVS, The Cellar wine and liquor store, and the surf shop, bakery and ice cream stand! We have a two-night minimum most weekends with some exceptions for a one night stay except for during peak season, when the minimum stay is 6 to 7 nights for price listed, inquire about pricing for shorter stays/16 persons maximum. HOLIDAY WEEKENDS usually require a 3 night stay. Don't hesitate to ask questions prior to booking, we want people to pick the right house for their good time. ALL adult guests inquiring about the booking must be 25 yrs of age or older to stay in our home. Younger adults and Children are welcome with families, of course.Brigantine taxi and casino taxi service is available 24 hours, as are all the usual car services. Super easy to get around, super safe and an all-around great house. Many of our summer renters have been coming back for several years.
