The Brewery District Bungalow

This was a great place for our group of five. The house is in a quiet, pretty neighborhood, a very short drive from anything you'd want to do in the area. The layout is open and perfect for socializing, and all the bedrooms are roomy. Everything is clean and well-kept. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach.

My two adult daughters and I met in Birmingham for a girls weekend. Danny was a great host! He has thought of everything a guest may need. The house had everything we needed and was convenient to all we wanted to do. I appreciated Danny’s communication with us. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute home very close to lots of restaurants. It is an older home but really tastefully remodeled/updated. Very clean and responsive host!

This is an adorable home in a great historic neighborhood. Location is ideal to get to museums and restaurants as well as great shopping. The home is equipped with everything needed for an extended stay.

We truly enjoyed the house. Met the new neighbots, etc.The down side was having to go down to the basement for backyard access and laundry. The back gate wouldn't close and therefore, we put a piece of cardboard at the opening to guarantee the dog wouldn't go out when we were enjoying the back yard. The updates and furnishing in the house were good. We will come back!!

Super clean house in a quiet and hilly neighborhood. Amenities were as listed, coffee was appreciated, lots of towels. We will be back to visit our UAB student.

Super clean, nicely appointed, and in a sweet, quiet neighborhood in close proximity to cool breweries and restaurants. We needed a spot that would accept a 70 pound dog and even without the dog-friendly label, this is one of the nicest VRBOs we've stayed in. The floor plan makes sense and there are helpful labels and signage around the house. The bed was very comfortable, the pics represented everything accurately, and the host is communicative and responsive. The fenced back yard is much bigger than we expected, too. This is one of our favorites and when we visit Birmingham again we will check here for availability first.

Super cute, comfy and very well stocked. Location was great; safe, quiet and convenient. Pellet smoker and fire pit rocked. Communication was 5*.

This home looks deceptively small from the outside, but don’t be fooled! The lot is deep and each bedroom has ample space. We loved the big yard for our dog. The house had everything we needed in the charming Avondale Park area.

The house was clean, well stocked, and check in/out was a breeze.

This house is located in a convenient and quiet area of Birmingham. It was close to my son's residence so we could visit him easily without dealing with traffic. The house has been redone with nice finishing touches to make you feel at home. The beds were comfortable and everything was nice and tidy upon arrival. The owner left us with toiletries and the staple items to make our stay even easier. We look forward to staying in this property again in the future.

The home was clean, check in and out were a breeze, helpful and welcoming host. If I’m ever in the area again and need a rental, this will be the first place I search for!
