Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We ended up at the Bond House as a result of an issue upon check in at the house we originally booked. We arrived to find the maintenance crew in the house working on the water heater. We reached out to Altamira and within an hour and a half they had us checked into the Bond house as an alternative. It was unfortunate that we arrived at the the house to find an issue and had to reach out rather than proactively notified, however once we got in touch with Altamira, Lars and Michael found us two rentals with the same specs as the house we booked to choose from and got the house ready quickly. We greatly appreciated their efficiency in getting us into a house after the long trip from the East Coast. If you have the opportunity to book your Palm Springs rental with Altamira Vacation Rentals we highly recommend it and if we return to the area will rent with them.The Bond House is an exceptional rental. It was clean, the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, glassware - inside and outside sets of everything. The kitchen had spices and condiments as well. Coffee drinkers - a Keurig with the option for pot brewed or k-cups is available! The sheets were clean and the towels fluffy and abundant. The toilet paper and paper towels were quality, IYKYK. Plenty of hangers and closet space and hairdryer, ironing board and iron available and in good shape. We spent hours every day in the pool and hot tub. There was an issue with the hot tub on the first night, but Lars had someone over to fix it the next morning and no further issues. A couple things to note that I would want to know if considering this rental: the bedrooms are bright in the mornings. Each room has big windows/sliding doors with shades but not room darkening. The house is on a fairly main road so there is a bit of traffic noise. The thermostat is locked and cannot cool lower than 72 and the bedrooms seemed warmer than that during the night. There is a Tesla charging station

The house was spotless with a great kitchen and family room. The house is conveniently located close to downtown Palm Springs and many hiking trails. The property management company was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay at the Bond House. It is very well decorated/designed (one of the better out of many places we’ve stayed), the kitchen is extremely well stocked, and the pool area was comfortable (we were often floating). The only asterisk is that the A/C is limited to 72, which was tough for sleeping, so we bought a few fans for the house. Hopefully they’re still there on the next visit!Altamira, the property management company, were great: easy communications, friendly and helpful.

The neighborhood is very quiet, and most restaurants are within 10 minutes drive, and hiking within 10-30 minute drive. Will certainly come back.

We had everything we needed to have an holiday meal in the glamorous high end kitchen with its top-notch appliances. The house was generously stocked with towels, soaps, cleaning supplies. The pool and hot tub were immaculate and worked so well- the heating option was THE best. The management team was welcoming and communicated efficiently. We would absolutely recommend this home as one of the best VRBO we have ever used.

Annual trip with friends! Great house, perfect location! Pool was fantastic, beds were super comfortable, plenty of room for the four of us! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at this house, the architecture along with the subtle nods to the bond franchise really elevated the experience being able to not only live the fantasy, but then be able to relax and connect with family. The entertainment space was well laid out, huge kitchen that made food preparation and meals amazing and backyard with a pool and ample shade let us enjoy the hottest part of the day during the summer.

It is the perfect space for our adult family gatherings: good kitchen, good conversation spaces, Great Room floor plan, comfortable beds and a long enough pool for laps. Reviewer Comments: We have been visiting Palm Springs for 15 years and decided to bring the family together as we were unable to meet during Thanksgiving and we would also be in different places during the Christmas holiday time of year. A great decision to return and Bond House was outstanding. A great floorpan and stunning yard with many great outdoor areas to relax or eat. All around the pool. The furnishings were of a high standard and all rooms provided great comfort and everything used worked very effectively. We cooked at the property indoors and out, we ordered in and we dined out. Having the flowing kitchen dining and living room made this a property you were happy to be in at any time of the day, This is a tastefully updated mid-century home that makes for the easiest of living. Book and go visit!

The bond house was perfect for a 40th birthday getaway with friends. The house had everything we needed and was both quiet and also close to everything. We loved the outdoor seating, pool, and comfy living room. We’d love to come back again!
