Welcome to the boho cottage on the east side of austin. We have designed it to feel cozy, light and airy. Within walking distance to the University, the arbor food trailer park, baseball field, dennys, shops and restaurants. We are less than a mile from Franklin barbecue and a short cab ride to downtown. We have a fully enclosed yard for your furry friends and have made the house a home away from home with full size appliances, ice cold air conditioning and washer and dryer.

Stayed Sep 18, 2022Disney was quick to respond with any concerns (which were very few). Stay was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Great location. My next trip to Austin I hope this place is available and definitely would book again!

Stayed Aug 15, 2021We loved our stay! Disney and Matt were perfect hosts that were quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Everything about the cottage listing was accurate and the location is very close to downtown. Definitely recommend and will stay here whenever we are back in Austin!

Stayed Jul 16, 2021My family and I came to Austin for an extended stay. The cottage is exactly as pictured and described. It is a cozy and nice cottage style that has been perfect for our family. The hosts are very attentive and are quick to respond to any messages! We even decided to extend our stay here for the duration we were in Austin. Overall a wonderful stay!
