Great place to gather with friends.

We did visit Old Orchard Beach. It would be helpful to know the restaurants in the area as the nearest grocery store is a bit out of town.

This is a great property for a family gathering. Everything we needed was in the house and a nice grill and fire pit outside. Listening to the waves crashing into the rocks at night was serene. We had a great stay.

This was our fourth year staying at the Boathouse for a long weekend in September. We had a great time with family and friends, playing cards, board games and laughing. We were 5 couples and just absolutely love our time here.

As always, the location is perfect for family gatherings. The owner is quick to respond to our needs. The place is perfect for a true Maine experience.

Great place for a family vacation. This was our second year here and we enjoyed every minute - the cottage, the beach, early morning walks, live music at Huots, as well as trips to local golf courses, walking at the Heath, shopping in Kennebunkport and a lighthouse cruise and lunch in Portland

Lovely and comfortable home in great location!

This house was the perfect size for our extended family. Plenty of bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and a nice outdoor space. The view was terrific and with just a short walk, you're on the beach. The neighborhood is nice. There is a general store within walking distance and a lobsterman lives on the next street over. He'll sell you lobsters and even steam your lobsters for you if you wish. Maine at its best!

Spacious and plenty of room for our large multi-generational family vacation. There are 2 bedrooms (1 with bunks and the other with a queen) downstairs for people who don’t want to climb stairs. 4 good sized bedrooms upstairs. The porch was a great hangout spot, and the kids loved playing in the yard. The beach is an easy and short walk down the path from the house. Also within walking distance is a seafood restaurant with a nice outdoor area for live music and an ice cream truck. Overall a great stay for my family!

We were so pleased with how clean everything was, so very family friendly and so comfortable. Everything was great!

What an incredible property! The views are amazing; what beautiful sunrises! Everything is immaculate. Plenty of room for our extended family of 8 to celebrate our parents' 65th wedding anniversary. My favorite party of the house is the sunporch, which we were able to enjoy even in the cooler weather. Paul is very responsive & quickly answered all of my questions. We would love to be able to stay here again!

Wonderful spot to gather with family not far from the beach

Stayed with a group of 9 and had a great time. House was fully equipped with everything we needed and had plenty of space for sleeping eating and hanging out

The view is to die for!! We didn't use may of the amenities, so i can't comment on them. I don't think there were enough coffee mugs or forks for more than 8. It was cold, so more blankets for the cooler weather. But i10/10 recommend!

Great house for amazing views and beach access. We were 8 adults and house worked well. Needs some updating - appliances, bathrooms, no upsatirs shower
