This warm and inviting 3bd/2ba, with a private Hot Tub, is situated on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking a deep-water canal. Your vacation destination for Gulf Coast dining, beach lounging, fishing, scalloping, swimming with the manatees, the Sponge Docks and Anclote Island. Stayed Nov 24, 2025We could not have been happier with the home! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and well-stocked with anything we could have needed. The host does a great job of ensuring you are taken care of—from cooking essentials to paper products to toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). He also has a great welcome guide that contains any and all information about the home and surrounding area that you could possibly need.We were adamant about renting a property on the water and are so glad we came across this gem. Sitting out back looking at the canal was incredibly peaceful. The area is nice and quiet and the neighbors were very kind. Don’t let the lapse in reviews deter you. 10/10 recommend. You won’t be disappointed!

Stayed Feb 24, 2024The house is darling; so well equipped in every way, super clean and comfortable. Matt is an excellent host! It's on a canal! So many bird species visited every day, and we actually watched a dolphin frolicking in the canal! Very comfortable for guests. We can't wait to stay at The BoatHouse again!!

Stayed Jan 12, 2024We had a wonderful time at the Boathouse. It was located close to restaurants and stores especially Publics. The host had left supplies to start our stay which was most welcomed, was very accommodating, and quick to answer any questions we had. The hot tub was great and we used it almost everyday.

Stayed Mar 4, 2023We loved this place. It had everything we needed to serve as our home base for a family visit/couples vacation. Everything you could possibly need is a short drive away. The hot tub is a great amenity for the end of the day. We really enjoyed sitting out back watching the fish jump out of the canal. There was more than enough room. And it’s as if the host anticipated everything we might need in the kitchen. A really nice and well kept house in a great location.

Stayed Dec 17, 2022This house and location was perfect! We had a boat delivered and enjoyed exploring Anclote Key lighthouse. Great restaurants nearby in Tarpon Springs and Dunedin. Overall great fun!

Stayed Jul 15, 2022The home and location were amazing the host responded very timely and was very informative. All your cooking utensils and seasoning or just like your home In case you forgot something. The dock was in great shape and the hot tub was clean. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Would definitely love to stay here again!
