This completely renovated 4 bedroom cape is less than 3 miles from Nantucket Sound beaches. Inside there is central air conditioning. Stayed Sep 19, 2025We had a wonderful time at The Boarding House. Very comfortable, plenty of room for our larger family, and an easy drive to Chatham and all points on the mid-Cape. And a great ice cream shop, and the wonderful rail trail, just steps away. The host was kind and very communicative. Highly recommended!

Stayed Aug 2, 2024Scott was wicked attentive to myself before, during and after our stay. His directions were straight forward and the whole house was great! the house came equipped with extra beach chairs which was a nice surprise since we forgot to back a couple extras. 10/10 would recommend anyone stay there!

Stayed Jul 25, 2023We enjoyed our stay at the Boarding House. We loved the updated interior and cleanliness. One of the best features was the large bedrooms with king sized beds that just begged us to have a great night’s sleep. We did not rushed to do the things we wanted to do. Having an ice cream shop 2 doors down didn’t hurt, either. Highly recommend this location. I can see us coming back for a longer stay next time.

Stayed Jun 19, 2023We are a family that included teenagers all the way up to our 92 year old dad. Accommodations were excellent with very well appointed kitchen, plenty of living space, roomy bedrooms and open floor plan. Back yard and garden area were cool and quiet. Front yard is large and sunny although it has some road noise. Easy access to the bike trail and close to town and beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
