Stayed Oct 7, 2025This property was absolutely beautiful! The house was well stocked and furnished . The location was very close to the waterfront and very peaceful. The beds were very comfortable. At night you can hear the waves! We're definitely coming back again.

Stayed Oct 4, 2025My family was visiting from Maryland and really wanted to be near a beach. This location was perfect for that. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed and very cozy to stay in. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was hard is that the big windows on the doors at the front of the house don’t have blinds or curtains so it was alarming at night for it. I definitely should have looked harder to see that was the case lol. But either way we had a great time and the host was great too anytime we had any questions.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024The Blue Elk is a great home located steps away from Lake Huron. We enjoyed the sunrise through the windows each morning and walked over to the sandy beach each day. The house is adorably decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024This was the perfect place for a quick family get away. Place was beauftful and the hosts really go above and beyond with the amenities offered. The kitchen is fully stocked and not with cheap dollar store cookware either! All the little details made for a wonderful time spent with family :)
