Stayed Dec 11, 2025We booked the Black Barn for Auburn’s December graduation weekend and it was perfect! Very clean and comfortable. Location can’t be beat for proximity to campus and downtown Auburn. Host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Wonderful space for a special occasion.

Stayed Nov 26, 2025The Black Barn was a wonderful, convenient place to stay! It had all the comforts of home and had plenty of room for my adult family of 6. The location was walking distance to everything needed in Auburn. The outdoor space was lovely as well. Ryan was an excellent host; he responded to all of my questions while planning our holiday and even dropped off a full propane tank for the grill!

Loved that my kids could have the freedom to walk downtown and explore within walking distance and the house was perfect and very homey! Would definitely stay here again!
