The accommodations are nice, it’s quiet and always clean. We’ve stayed here several times over the years and it never disappoints! We appreciate the owners reaching out to us ahead of time to let us know about some heating issues that they had resolved and went out of their way to provide back ups just in case. We’ll be back for sure!

Hosts communicated well and addressed our questions and concerns regarding our dog in the house. All the amenities were there. It was easy to come and go — no tricky parking nor obstacles into the house. We were visiting for a wedding and so it was a very convenient place for us. We enjoyed our stay!

The communication with Jenny was quick and accommodating. The most polite host my family and I could have ever asked for with such last minute plans! The decor of the property was adorable. The location was perfect to go visit the BaldKnob Cross of Peace. We absolutely fell inlove. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!!!!

Thank you Jenny for a great stay for me and my little family. This place was absolutely adorable and cozy. Very clean. My husband and I enjoyed a nice glass of wine while we watched The Christmas Story by the cute fireplace with our daughter. Jenny was very quick with email responses and was ALWAYS available when i had a million questions for her. We felt right at home! Not to mention The Beautiful scenery as you looked out your front porch. The BaldKnob Cross of Peace is in clear view at the top of the mountain. Gorgeous! Was only a 10 minute drive there. We all fell inlove with the story behind it. The location was perfect. Especially if you're a wine connoisseur! Wine trails all around the area. Thank you Jenny and Scott. We wil be returning.

The cottage is always clean and comfortable, plus they are always making upgrades to the furnishings. The cottage is fully supplied with everything you need, and if not they will provide it. Additionally the cottage is on the premises with the owners who are very prompt in responding. We are frequent quests at the Bitty House, this time we had an opportunity to spend some time with Jenny tasting some of their delicious wines. We had so much fun we are already planning our return trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It is very well appointed. The location is perfect and every view is stunning. The large screened in porch was our favorite spot for coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine or two in the evenings!

We have stayed there several times, as usual the cottage is well taken care of, with upscale amenities. The hostess, Jennifer is quick to respond and very accommodating. We have been there different times of the year and had everything necessary for our comfort (a portable fireplace for warmth and ambiance). We will return.

We booked the Bitty House for an overnight stay after a wedding reception at Havisham Bourbon and Brew. The property, while small, was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing I'd change (and it's a very small thing) would be to have a small Keurig coffee maker with a variety of pods plus sugar and creamer available. Fortunately one of our family members knew how to make regular brewed coffee so it all worked out fine in the end. We also appreciated it was pet friendly so we could bring our little Yorkie with us. All in all it was a great place to stay especially so if you had more than an overnight stay.

Quiet location and the views from the property were beautiful. Very clean and kitchen well stocked for one night. Stairs are tight and slippery, be careful. Be careful booking through VRBO, additional charges were added to our credit card and the owner would not honor the VRBO listing price. If we were made aware of the additional fees we would kit have stayed there. Booking was also non refundable due to last minute booking. Very disappointing situation.

Pros: location, cleanliness and comfort of beds. Cons: Wall unit heating/air unit was “glitchy”. Even the owners acknowledged it in their check-in instructions. My biggest complaint is the discrepancy in the VRBO price and what we were charged. I reached out to the owner and even though i had documentation that showed what the listing was supposed to be, they disagreed and said additional details were buried in a link. They refused to honor the VRBO listing price. This was also a non refundable listing because of the last minute booking. If i had know we would be charged additional fees i would not have booked the property. Unfortunately you would see this until the booking is complete.

The Bitty House was more than expected! Loved the charm inside and out. Perfect space for 3 adults and 1 child. Loved waking up to the surrounding farms, vineyard and hillside. Definitely the place to stay after checking out the local wineries!
