We were attending a conference at the Biltmore resort. We decided to stay at this VRBO instead of staying at the resort. It was an excellent choice! The check-in process was very easy and CHRIS was quick to get back to us with any questions before we arrived. The backyard is like a little oasis and it was great to come back to this place after a long day of meetings. Location is really good for what we needed. We seem to be five minutes from just about everything! Trader Joe’s and other shopping was about five minutes away. The Biltmore, which is beautiful for golf and running about 10 minutes away. Each morning, I would get up and go for a run from the house and about 2 1/2 K away is a park so it was very nice. The place is clean and comfortable. It has everything you need including a blender for crushed ice margaritas and green smoothies in the morning! We cooked steaks one night on the barbeque and it worked better than my one at home! Next time we’re in Phoenix, I will definitely come back.

Fantastic setup between the outdoor heated pool, the outdoor dining table seated area, the adjacent kitchen that had every tool you could want to use, and the indoor dining room. Towels a plenty to use and reuse after pool sessions, easy use of the washer dryer, and best of all an unbeatable location around which we could take excursions out into the city to shop for amenities or eat out. Highly recommend this home for other families traveling together.

I came to AZ for work and brought my family along. They had the most wonderful time hanging out on in the salt water pool and playing all the outdoor games provided. There were 7 of us and we all had our own space. Kitchen was fully stocked and they location was great!!

This home was perfect for our family. One wing for the grandparents and another wing for our family of 5 and our dog. The sliding doors to close off that portion of the house was perfect to keep our pup contained when we needed to. The pool was heated and very much enjoyed by the kiddos! Our host, Chris, was incredible and very responsive to anything we needed, including fixing a clogged garbage disposal on a holiday. Highly recommend this wonderful retreat!

Chris was so easy to work with and very accommodating of our schedule needs. The property was almost exactly as pictured. Great location, convenient to downtown and Scottsdale. Our own issue was that A/C was inconsistent in some of the bedrooms, so some people were freezing while others were sweating. But would definitely recommend!

Our stay was so amazing! The house was beautiful, the host was very accommodating, and the pool space was a huge hit with the family. We look forward to returning.
