The Biltmore Gem | Zen & Modern Comfort

Great property. We were down in the valley because our son had to have surgery. We live in the White Mountains. We enjoyed our stay and the house is perfect for someone needing to recover from surgery. It has a split floor plan so our son is able to have his space while he recovers. Which is important to a 16 year old. Our dogs were allowed. Which greatly helped us because they hate being kenneled. The pool was an amazing place to decompress in the heat. It was also a wonderful experience for our sone pre surgery. We enjoyed this property and we would highly recommended it!

We really enjoyed this location. Everything about it was what we needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we neededand more. The pool area was really nice and the grill outside had everything we needed. There was a refrigerator outside for drinks and plenty of towels, and the pool stayed clean. It was a very quiet neighborhood, and parking was easy, also very central to all things Phoenix.The bedrooms were great and whenever I needed to get a hold of Chris he got back to me immediately, which is so helpful.We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay could not have been better. Out of anyone's control, it was 92-102 degrees...in March! So we lived in the pool all week. We enjoyed the cooler mornings with our coffee on the couch under the pergola. The house was clean and well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. There is a nice washer and dryer. There is a bocce court and nice corn hole boards, which were fun before it got too hot. It is within walking distance to grocery stores and coffee shops. We were there for spring training, and the drive was about 40 minutes to Goodyear. Chris was very responsive to our questions. We hope to stay again.

We were attending a conference at the Biltmore resort. We decided to stay at this VRBO instead of staying at the resort. It was an excellent choice! The check-in process was very easy and CHRIS was quick to get back to us with any questions before we arrived. The backyard is like a little oasis and it was great to come back to this place after a long day of meetings. Location is really good for what we needed. We seem to be five minutes from just about everything! Trader Joe’s and other shopping was about five minutes away. The Biltmore, which is beautiful for golf and running about 10 minutes away. Each morning, I would get up and go for a run from the house and about 2 1/2 K away is a park so it was very nice. The place is clean and comfortable. It has everything you need including a blender for crushed ice margaritas and green smoothies in the morning! We cooked steaks one night on the barbeque and it worked better than my one at home! Next time we’re in Phoenix, I will definitely come back.

Fantastic setup between the outdoor heated pool, the outdoor dining table seated area, the adjacent kitchen that had every tool you could want to use, and the indoor dining room. Towels a plenty to use and reuse after pool sessions, easy use of the washer dryer, and best of all an unbeatable location around which we could take excursions out into the city to shop for amenities or eat out. Highly recommend this home for other families traveling together.

I came to AZ for work and brought my family along. They had the most wonderful time hanging out on in the salt water pool and playing all the outdoor games provided. There were 7 of us and we all had our own space. Kitchen was fully stocked and they location was great!!

This home was perfect for our family. One wing for the grandparents and another wing for our family of 5 and our dog. The sliding doors to close off that portion of the house was perfect to keep our pup contained when we needed to. The pool was heated and very much enjoyed by the kiddos! Our host, Chris, was incredible and very responsive to anything we needed, including fixing a clogged garbage disposal on a holiday. Highly recommend this wonderful retreat!

Chris was so easy to work with and very accommodating of our schedule needs. The property was almost exactly as pictured. Great location, convenient to downtown and Scottsdale. Our own issue was that A/C was inconsistent in some of the bedrooms, so some people were freezing while others were sweating. But would definitely recommend!
