A 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat at Woodland Hills,. This fully-equipped luxury home is designed for seamless comfort, featuring essential amenities like A/C and Heating, an Indoor Fireplace, and an in-unit Washer/Dryer. The property`s highlight is the exceptional indoor-outdoor living, which includes a fully-equipped modern kitchen, a large Patio with an Outdoor Dining Area, and a private Backyard featuring a Pool. Guests will also enjoy Fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and free parking, all while being minutes from Topanga Canyon, Malibu beaches, and premier shopping.

Guests have access to the entire property.

Quiet Hours & Noise Policy

• Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring device (for noise levels only, no audio recording).
• Any violation of the quiet hours or excessive noise complaints will result in a $200 penalty fee.

Before requesting a reservation please have a completed profile that includes a clear picture, and verification. Also, please tell me about your group and what brings you to town. I`m entrusting my home to you and I ask that you respect my place and my neighbors.

No overly loud noise or music between 10 PM and 8 AM = This house is only suitable for families and quiet retreats as it is in a very residential area.
