Need to Know: The Big Kahuna combines two separate units (Casa Ohana + Casa Mahalo) under one roof. Each unit has its own entrance and private interior space. Four garage spaces total (two per unit) on the 1st floor. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. This property requires stair access. Contact us for alternatives if mobility is a concern. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The minimum age to rent this property is 26. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.
