The Best Home in NSB - Luxury Beach Retreat - Resort Style Pool Area

Four generations of our family, ages 8 to 90, thoroughly enjoyed our stay in New Smyrna Beach due in large part to this beautiful home and Antonio’s assistance. As for the home, it is extremely comfortable and well appointed! My 90-year-old mother found it very relaxing; my wife and two daughters enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen; my sons-in-law found the outdoor kitchen a place to grill to perfection; our four grands got water logged in the wonderful pool, and I was happy to see that everyone had a most memorable vacation! We all enjoyed the hot tub as well as the beach and Flagler restaurants which are only a very short walk from the house. As for Antonio, one of the owners, he couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating! We have stayed in dozens of VRBO homes over the years and can enthusiastically say that he is the best host we have ever worked with. In summary, our family was nothing but smiles in this new Smyrna Beach home!

We had an amazing stay! The location alone is enough to make it great. The beach is not even a 5 min walk. You can also walk to shops and restaurants. But the house was amazing as well! The pool and hot tub were great! We loved everyone had their own bathroom and place to relax. I also traveled with my 8 month old and they had tons of baby things! I would absolutely book again!

Beautiful house with all the extras! The kids loved the pool and many games, I loved the hammock. Quick walk to the beach and Flagler Ave. Well stocked kitchen, towels, linens, beach supplies, etc. The massage chair was amazing. Antonio was responsive and a pleasure to work with. Our two families had a blast and hope to Spring Break here again!

Beautiful home in a great location!

Beautiful home, amazing location, great vacation spot for our group! We had a group of 11 people, toddlers, teens and adults and house was well equipped for everyone.

The house was beautiful, and Antonio was a great host and answered every question we had with rapid responses.

Beautiful accommodations with a heated Jacuzzi in the back even though it was chilly out we were still able to go outside and hang out very close to the beach and bonus. There was a massage chair in the master suite.!! also love the upstairs with the game room and a air hockey table as well as universal chargers in every room!!! definitely saving this place to go back in the future!!

New Smyrna is the best place in Florida. I haven't been there in 10 years and I finally got the whole family together and this house was the best. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Everyone loved the location and the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay there again. A special thanks to Antonio for making the whole process amazing.

Home was perfect! So many amenities and stocked well. Beds and bedding we wonderful and outdoor are and beach supplies were great. Owners were super communicative and welcoming! Would love to stay again!

This Lovely home was perfect for our large group of 12 aged 60-68 year old women. We had decided after our previous trips where some of us had to sleep on blow ups and couches that this time we were getting a place with real beds. These beds pillows and bedding were fluffy, comfy and immaculate. The home was beautiful, well organized, and had every amenity imaginable. Toilet paper was scarce for 12 women. 2 rolls per each of the 4 toilets wasn’t quite enough and we didn’t remember to order any with our grocery delivery. But we made it! The pool was. AMAZING, and quite conducive to our favorite pastime of standing around or floating with our drinks in hand. It was beautifully lit at night and the landscaping was so pretty. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Anthony was super accommodating as our host! So nice. Thanks!

This property is beautiful, clean, stocked with incidentals, and is equipped with all sorts of extras. I rent a place for family every year, and this is by far the best. Also, this is now my favorite beach in FL so far.

I can’t express enough what a wonderful week we had at this beautiful beach home! The hosts thought of everything to make us comfortable during our stay. Beds are comfy, kitchen is well-stocked, and we loved the floor plan! The game room was a bonus for our grandkids, and they used it on repeat! The walk to the beach is just right across the street and so convenient. Shops and restaurants on Flagler are right down the road and close by. The pool area is amazing, as well as the hot tub within the pool. Our host was amazing and attentive to all our needs, with a quick response on any questions we had. We will be back again and again! The whole family loved this home and is recommending it to their friends. Thank you for going above and beyond with all your attention to detail. It’s much appreciated.

Wonderful home that is beautifully located in the best location.

We had such a great stay for a girls weekend! property was amazing and just as described and very comfortable for all 9 of us. Location was the best, easy to get around to the restaurants and beach. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating around our flight times. looking forward to planning another trip and staying here!

The house was beautiful and it was such a short walk to the beach it made it very convenient with small children. It was also a short walk to town which was nice for shopping and dinner. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay:-)

We rented this house for spring break me and my family stayed there with my daughter and some of her friends. It’s an awesome location, beautiful house and tons of little extras in the garage for the beach. Essentially everything you need even the kitchen was stock with spices and olive oil and coffee and miscellaneous things which other places don’t have which just made it that much easier to slide right in and enjoy a seamless transition from your house to a house rental.

I travel quite a bit with either friends or business colleagues and typically use stay at hosted homes. This home is the best yet. What a great place. Very comfortable. Well appointed with no corners cut. They actually had nice TP! It's the little things.
