We were pleasantly surprised with the basement media/game room where my grandchildren had lots of fun! The placement of the rooms made it ideal for the rest of us. The house was well appointed, with comfortable furniture. It was close to town and we again visited Fusion to make stained glass.

We had a wonderful time at The Best Family Home in Suncadia! We’ll suites for large group as there is plenty of room for adults and kids to hang out. We had movie night in the basement the first night. The projector screen was great. Kitchen was well equipped. Convenient location to the lodge, Swiftwater Cellars and parks. Went to Nelson Farm and did Axe throwing and archery, which were both fun. Had a family pickleball competition as well.

The home was very spacious, clean and the kitchen was well stocked.the game room was great for rainy days stuck inside. Kevin was very quick and responsive. We also appreciated how check in and out we’re easy. I would highly recommend a relaxing weekend away in this beautiful home.

We came this year with four families with small kids and three single adults and had plenty of space to be together but not on top of one another. The kitchen was perfect for our group dinners. The hot tub and bean bag chairs in the basement were a big hit with the kids; the wet bar, grill, games, and space to lounge and chat were favorites of the adults. The only thing I can think of that I had hoped would be there but were not supplied were toddler plates/cups. We would come back next year except for that it appears the price has increased. We’ll keep an eye out for price cuts! ;)

I had never been to Suncadia before and went this summer for a family reunion. We rented two houses side by side and had a wonderful time! There was plenty of space, the kitchen is full stocked, loved the pool table downstairs and the hot tub is super clean. The location is great; about 1 mile from all of the Suncadia restaurants. It was super quiet, has woods out back and faces the golf course. Would definitely rent this house again.

By far the best part of thr trip was the downtime in the cabin. It had everything we needed for our group of 12. Thank you for sich a great cabin!
