The Best Dallas Has To Offer. Heated Pool/Spa!

This residence is a step above the rest. The pictures don’t do the actual home justice with how beautiful it is. Super clean. More than enough of everything: (i.e. towels, beds, kitchen necessities, etc.). Clear and concise check out requirements. Hosted 17 people for a college reunion. Highly recommend.

This is a very large home that worked well for 5 couples. The pool and hot tub were a blessing with the hot weather! House is clean, pictures really dont do it justice!

We were a large family group together for the weekend to celebrate my son’s college graduation. The property beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very reasonable. We had a wonderful experience!

Blake's place in east Dallas is the best. Tons of space, clean linens and comfortable beds, and super stylish decor makes for the perfect family rental location. Blake is wonderfully communicative, the house rules are clear and reasonable, and the house is in a great part of town. Thanks!

This is beautiful home lots of bedrooms and bathrooms! Very nice outdoor space with a pool and jacuzzi! We enjoyed the jacuzzi! Lots of smart TVs throughout the house- a huge plus! We liked that this home is located in a cul de sac with plenty of parking (it was just 3 of us so only needed one spot). Even though this home was/is a bit pricey for only 3 people we will definitely stay here again when in the Dallas area! The master bedroom is huge; it has a shower and toilet (water closet) and another area with a bowl tub and another WC! Great place to stay for sure! Our host was wonderful with answering questions for us !

We brought 4 generations of family from Kansas City to experience Dallas and celebrate 21st birthday. The house was great. Lots of room and was a fabulous choice.

Blake responds well during your stay. The house is beautiful and flows well. The location was ideal for us. The only concern I have are the stairs throughout the home not being marked for caution. So if you are traveling with children or elders please beware.

The property was nice and spacious for our group of 10. Plenty of places to sit and relax. Bed configuration was great. Pool table was a big plus. On the downside, it is older than it appears in the pictures. Definitely needs attention in some areas. Some of the beds are very creaky and ceiling air ducts need a serious cleaning.

14 people had a blast!

This is a great house nicely located and very roomy. It’s got great gathering places and well suited our group of 5 adults. The Viking range was a nice asset for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. We used the outdoor gas grill to cook our turkey, and then roasted a prime rib on it the next day. Town Creek is a nice neighborhood. We took advantage of close proximity to the trail along the creek off of Arbor Park Dr for some very nice walks/hikes. The host was responsive and helpful. Given all that was included, this was a great value.

Upon entering this house my father sent me a text saying, This place is amazing! It's going to take us days to explore it! That sums it up. 14 of us had plenty of places for gathering and privacy. It is also in the perfect location. Highly recommend!!!

This property is amazing! So much to do! So spacious! We spent hours in the large pool & hot tub and playing ping pong & pool. We had 4 older teens in our group and they were never bored and that's saying alot! The whole house and kitchen had everything you could possibly need & more. Huge kitchen with 2 ovens & extra burners was great for preparing our meals! We enjoyed the 2 large screen TV's in the large living area. Adults watched movies & news on one, while teens were gaming on the other, but we were all together! The communication with Blake was the best! Quickly answered any question and wanted to be sure we were having a great stay! Highly recommend & would return!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The property was beautifully decorated, and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly welcoming, the Location was perfect, close to major attractions yet peaceful and quiet. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful family getaway.
