The Bell House 5 blocks to downtown Saratoga Springs!

Great location, immaculately clean home, advertised as pictured. Small suggestion would be to change the light bulbs…soft lights can do wonders, and the very bright white overhead lights with limited sunlight was a bit uncomfortable.

We came for the Bonnie Raitt concert at SPAC and the house was in a good location, nice neighborhood and pleasant inside.

The house was a great size, the beds were very comfortable, the location was great, short walk to downtown. I was hoping for a better/more private outdoor space, the outdoor seating was dated and no privacy. The main door to The open entrance made me a little uneasy as the only lock to the door is the code from the outside, no indoor lock however we did speak to the property manager to let them know how we felt hopefully they will add an additional lock

The Bell House was perfect for our stay in Saratoga Springs. There is so much do to within walking distance - shopping, restaurants, movies, Congress Park, and so much more. The house itself was clean, nicely furnished, and just delightful. We're a small family so even a larger family could stay comfortably as well. The hosts were extremely communicative and helpful. We were able to get into the house quickly, get online, and access all of the amenities. We fell in love with Saratoga Springs, and we will definitely return for more exploration! Highly recommended.

House was perfect , we were in town for a xmas party .. easy walk downtown . It was very clean and that I loved !!!

Our group enjoyed our stay at the Bell House! The convenient location was just a 10-minute walk from the main stretch of Broadway. The house accommodated four adults easily. It had a lot of unexpected extras, like a wireless speaker and Apple TV subscription. The hosts maintained clear and quick communication. Highly recommend!

Lovely and clean accommodations within walking distance to town, and the host was a pleasure to work with. Our sibling’s weekend was a wonderful and memorable time. I would highly recommend this VRBO and look forward to visiting Saratoga Springs again.

Caitlin was a gracious host and easy to communicate with before our arrival. The house was clean and all needed amenities were supplied.The appliances were new and easy to figure out. We enjoyed the large TV located in the living room and the bed was super dark comfortable.. Highly recommend staying there.

Very nice older house in immaculate condition. Easy walking distance to downtown. Slightly cramped for six people in living/dining space but workable.

Property is five blocks walking from Main St./Broadway, Saratoga Springs. Spotless three bedroom two bath with parking. Air-conditioned with ceiling fans. Large kitchen with new appliances. Clean/spotless. Property manager is pleasant to deal with and always responds quickly to questions you have. you have Overall Exception!

We had a wonderful stay at the Bell House… beds were very comfortable and the house was cozy. It was a short 15 minute walk to Broadway which we took advantage of daily. Thanks so much Caitlin.

This house was about a 10-minute walk into the business district, so very convenient. There is remodeling going on next door, but this was not a disruption. The full kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook meals, but we only had breakfast there. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the streaming ROKU TV (only in the LR) and also the grab bars in the shower. The house has room air-conditioners only but, despite 90+ degree weather, these and the window blinds worked well enough to keep us cool during our stay.

The house was well cared for, clean and the kitchen was especially well furnished. The location is within walking distance of downtown Saratoga Springs and other beautiful neighborhoods. It is located on a fairly busy street so there is road noise and there also was reconstruction noise from a remodel across the street, however, the remodel seems to be close to ending. Overall, we had a great stay and had everything we needed. The only thing we found lacking in the kitchen was a pitcher for iced tea, but that was minor considering all else that was there. We would stay there again.
