Wonderful experience and overall stay. No issues with check-in and getting settled. Checkout was so easy. Our host (Victor) was very attentive and very quick to respond to any questions. Hope to stay here again in the future. Would highly recommend this rental.

This was a fantastic house and location to base our Channel Islands visit from. It was super easy to find the house, smooth check in, top notch cleanliness. We had our 3 kids along, all loved the garage games and ability to sleep in their own bed. We loved the simple modern decor blended with the original house style, well done kitchen and comfortable living room. Highly recommend!

Very noisy road noise.No central air and the condensation buckets filled up quickly. Needed to watch that they didn’t overflow.Ants on countertops and the ants got into our food when we were trying to prepare sandwiches.Did not sleep 8 people as advertised.

This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway. It’s exactly as it’s described. The pictures don’t do it justice. The space was clean and spacious. I would recommend staying here. It’s easy to get to and very private.

The house is beautiful. The backyard has so many flowers that attract butterflies. It’s so relaxing. The house is located near enough to everything you need to do for a good visit. Beach, Andria’s, Disney, the Getty, and don’t forget Corrales!!

We were looking for a place near Ojai and we found this home (only a 25-30 min drive). My family and I were very happy with our stay at this home and we were glad to have it as our homebase when out all day or stopped by in the middle of the day. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood, super comfortable and clean, had all the amenities (games, tvs, ping pong and foosball table, washer/dryer, etc.), nice modern kitchen and clean bathrooms and very clean and comfortable beds. Whenever walking into a VRBO rental, you (at least this is true for me) always walk in and hold your breath hoping that it looks like the well lighted pics online. Luckily with this place we all sighed with relief that it was the case! There was a little blip at the beginning of our stay which was easily fixed quickly by the owner. When we arrived, we had trouble checking in but the problem was solved in less than 10 minutes. If we visit Ventura or Ojai again we would definitely consider staying here again!

Cleanest VRBO we have ever visited. Newly redecorated/remodeled. Quite comfortable. The kitchen is minimally stocked, so if you prefer to cook, bring all supplies. We preferred to try some of the local restaurants. 2 sibling couples spending a bit of time in the California coastal region.

The house is as very beautiful, we were so sad to leave. The host was very nice and checked up on us more than once. It was just so cozy and fun the game room was the best it was just a 10 out of 10.

The house is beautiful with a great layout for people to gather. Comfortably slept our five adults and two kids. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Ample parking. The listing shows a hot tub but there was not. Highly recommend. Our family would stay there again.

The property was better than presented on the web site and was well located to serve my needs. the family enjoyed the game room and walks in the neighborhood were me with friendly people. The host was very attentive and responsive. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed for the weekend and had a great time. There were eight of us, four adults and four kids. They all enjoyed the game room. The house was neat and clean. The house looks to have been recently updated and remodeled. it wasn't that far from the beach and there was a park nearby. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe. Highly recommended..

Stayed here with my best friend, and we had a great, relaxing time. We haven't seen each other in a long time, and this was a great place to catch up together.

House was exactly as described. Everything was in proper working condition. Check-in and checkout was very simple. No issues or concerns.
